Office hours are not very convient and it's hard to get an appointment (its usually booked out a month). In addition Dr. Callis is rude and very pushy. The office is dingy and needs an update. I had a crown placed 9 months ago that needs to be replaced already due to improper fit. During one appointment she told me that she had to skip her lunch to work on me. Why did you make that appt? Will never return after I left in tears.

Went there for an appointment and they messed up my partial, blaming the company. So I went home went nothing again, but no problem, I was understanding. Took my daughter in for an appointment, she had a insurance change and I wasn't sure if they'd take it. They said it's fine, put her in the chair. Then they found out they didn't take it, and billed me. When I complained, I was told it was my fault. Collection agency is after me now. The hygienists are great! Dr Callis's front desk gang are awful. AWFUL. OH, when I said we were done as patients she got snarky and said were already non patients. Nice. She also hung up on me when I said I wanted to speak to Dr Callis.

I went back in the room where I sat for an hour before Dr.ngugen came in to examine me. Her assistants were completely clueless. One of her assistant after 35 min decided to take X-rays of my pain. Then she tried to take pictures with a camera stick that she planned on sticking in my mouth without a cover or wiping it down.YUCK.She looked offended when I asked her to clean it first since it was dropped on the floor and sat everywhere else. This place is not sanitary at all. The dr was nice but seems like they overbook patients when they can't handle the load. No CDC or sanitary guidelines are followed here.

When they opened back up, they called and said my kids had to come in one by one & I was not allowed to come in. They explained that they would have suits & masks on & I said no way. My kids are not coming in alone, first, & especially when they can't identify the adults. There was no compromise. So, I said we would come back after the madness ended. Two years later, we went in for cleanings. I have never accepted fluoride & we only do x-rays at the minimum my insurance allows. This was nothing new, but this time Booker seemed offended & expressed his frustration to me. I said that was my wishes & we hadn't had an issue before, but he wanted to argue. I declined, finished the cleaning & left. 6 months later I went in & needed to get an old filling replaced. I had just had a doctor's appt where she told me to be careful what type of filling I get for medical reasons. When I expressed this to Booker & asked questions about what he uses he said he wanted my doctor's name because he was going to tell her she didn't know what she was talking about. I said that is very aggressive & he proceeded to tell me that I just need to let him do his job. He could not tell me what type of filling material he used or any health risks. He then started ranting about people who ask too many questions. I declined for him to do my work. His attitude & aggressive behavior is disturbing. He has an attitude like no one knows more than him, but he can't even tell you the materials he uses. I decided then I would not return. The next time my husband took my kids, the receptionist asked him if he was competent enough to make follow up appointments or if she should call me. Extremely sexist & just plan rude. My kids then did not return. My husband was the last holdout, until now. This week, he has an emergency. He was in a car accident & cracked a tooth. He called the office at 11 am to find out they had different hours for spring break... they closed at noon. However they didn't answer the phone at 11 am... he left a message to say he had an emergency. Nothing. No call back. He called again today & it says now that they are closed until Monday. He then received a message saying they wouldn't take care of him until Monday. Who closes their office for Spring Break? This business is so unprofessional. We're done.

They also gave me straight answers to all my questions and corrected an improper diagnosis from a previous unethical dentist. Glad I trusted my instincts and came here for a second opinion. It saved me alot of time and needless worry! Office is nice, has good music and tvs in the patient rooms. Also, no weird smells of perfume or cologne from any staff members (other dentist offices smelled strongly of perfumes that made me nauseated). Staff is professional and transparent abt procedures, costs and insurance issues. I had follow up questions after my procedure and they all answered promptly for after care instructions.

Then they decided to only clean half of my teeth! My teeth are in very good condition and i don't need any other work. Afterwards they told me it was because my time was up, despite only taking about twenty minutes to clean half of my teeth. Then they try to schedule a follow up visit to finish the cleaning and charge me another $410! For a simple cleaning with good teeth! They are intentionally ripping people off with their "bait and switch" scam. Needless to say, I won't be going back.
