I was watching from my from my front door/balcony for the Stita Taxi & the driver was punctual, but, extremely rude. I live on the second floor of my apartments. As I stood in front of my door waiting I saw the Taxi driver on the main road. A few cars were still passing him, so, I ran inside my apartment & grabbed my bag & ran back downstairs to get into the vehicle. It wasn't even 2 minutes at most. It was less than 2 minutes. The taxi driver was irate & upset. "No. No. Get out. I already called & cancelled your ride." He said. "You took too long. Get out. Get out, NOW." He screamed. "Get out." He demanded as he was shooing me away. He was very disrespectful. He didn't give me a chance to inquire about the situation. He talked over me anytime I tried to ask questions or say something & he was very unprofessional and rude. In the end he just left me standing there I was late for my doctor's appointment.

The second driver contacted us curbside as scheduled and that's when the problem began. He mediately began driving at excessive speed, weaving in and out of traffic and tail gating in the HOV lane. We were not in any particular hurry, but he seemed to be as he followed several cars at unsafe distances. In one instance we were so close to the rear of an SUV he couldn't possibly see any of the traffic ahead and would never have been able to avoid a collision in an emergency. Very dangerous!! Would we use Century again? Only with the assurance their employees would drive in a reasonable and safe manner.............
