Neill is one of the few lawyers that offers a flat rate for his services. I utilized him three times... Unfortunately on all three occasions he was really late with getting everything done. Visiting his office, I can only guess that he's overworked. I actually had to find another lawyer to represent me in the last matter because I did not feel confident that I would get the outcome I wanted. If you have some document preparation I would consider using him, but you have to really get on him to finish it in a timely manner.
