I am incredibly grateful for the support and representation I received from my attorney (steven) and his team at Prager Jones. Going through a divorce is never easy, especially when there are difficult and emotional circumstances involved, but I truly felt that I had people in my corner who cared about me and wanted to protect my rights. Steven always took the time to listen to my concerns, explain things to me, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. He helped me stay strong during moments when everything felt overwhelming, and I truly appreciate the way he advocated for me. I also want to give a special thank you to Associate Attorney Celeste Villa. She was extremely helpful, supportive, and attentive throughout my case. Having her assistance along the way made such a difference, and I always felt that I could reach out when I had questions or concerns. Divorce can be one of the most stressful and emotional experiences someone goes through, and having the right legal team beside you makes all the difference. I am extremely thankful for everything they did to help me protect my rights, find my strength, and finally move forward with the next chapter of my life. I highly recommend Prager Jones to anyone looking for a family law team that genuinely cares about its clients. read more

Excellent practice! Great team of young, competent lawyers. The legal team working the case were very knowledgable and responsive which was reassuring at a time when the future looked bleak. Would recommend to anyone who needs someone to fight the legal battle for them. read more

Finding a lawyer or a company to handle legal issues don't sound like "fun things" for anyone to do (usually lawyers handle business that can be stressful issues!) I inquired with various firms and 1 lawyer (from another firm) reached out, left a voice mail but didn't return my call when I left a voice mail; another spent time on the phone with me but didn't email me the materials he said he would, but Norell Manning spent time on the phone with me helping me with the details regarding my mom's trust, scheduled a meeting, and has been every bit of available and helpful you would hope for! She uses terms that non-lawyers (regular folks and even my mom whose first language is not English) can understand, and my favorite part about interacting with her is that she doesn't make me feel stupid for asking questions.. even if they're crazy or ridiculous questions. For example, I asked something and she answered without judgment, "I personally haven't seen that but I can ask my colleagues." But there was not an inkling of judgment in her tone or making me feel dumb for not knowing. Norma, the paralegal and notary, was so helpful and kind when we went in person to sign, as well. I love that despite operating in a pretty, clean office, that the attorneys and staff are very accessible, not pretentious or hoity-toity. They know their stuff but aren't going to make you feel like you need to be a big fancy multi-million dollar corporation to get legal services. I recommend Norell and Prager Jones to anyone and everyone, but especially those who have less experience with estate planning. She will walk you through each step of the way! read more

Overall Very professional, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire process! read more

Working with Prager Jones was truly a refreshing experience. In a world where too many law firms feel corporate, distant, or overly transactional, they stand out as something entirely different -- and better. From the start, they were incredibly transparent about their fees and process. There were no hidden costs, no vague answers, and absolutely no surprises -- just clear, honest communication at every step. I loved working directly with Faith Corbaly. Corbaly is not only extremely knowledgeable and professional but also down-to-earth, and genuinely invested in her clients. She never once made me feel like just another case file; she made me feel like she was firmly on my side. Faith was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, always making time to answer questions thoroughly and thoughtfully. This firm truly goes above and beyond. I could tell immediately that they aren't just practicing law; they're building relationships. read more

Outstanding Attorney - Steven Prager Saved My Relationship with My Son Without Steven Prager and the incredible team at Prager Jones Family Law, my move-away case could have gone exactly as expected for a father in California. But with Steven working tirelessly on my behalf, I not only got the fair trial I deserved but also an outcome I never imagined--in the best way possible! Move-away cases are notorious for being emotionally and financially draining, yet Steven handled every challenge with grace, precision, and unwavering dedication. He is as sharp as the edge of a freshly honed blade, as quick as the blink of an eye, and as thoughtful and attentive as if he were fighting for his own child. What truly sets Steven apart--and makes him the ace you want in your back pocket--is his ability to foresee every possible move and execute the perfect strategy. His mind works like a master chess player, constructing moves before the game even begins. His courtroom presence is unmatched; under pressure, he not only rises to the occasion but exceeds all expectations. Even the judge commented on his closing statement as one of the best she had ever heard. I came into this process feeling nervous, alone, and with slim odds of success. Financially strained and emotionally spent, I feared there wasn't much hope. But Steven proved me wrong. He communicated with me constantly--every phone call, every text, at any hour--and earned my trust, which is no easy feat, especially for an attorney. Thought I was getting a great attorney but ended up being just a source of Income. Steve is inexperienced and no match for other tough attorneys, after a few months and 10,000 I fired him and did it myself. I was much more successful on my own. Looking back he advised me wrong on some critical moments. If you need someone tough this is not your guy. The red flag should've been when he asked about how much equity I had in my house etc. that was all based around him getting paid. He even tried to get me to sell my car which would've left me with no vehicle, thankfully I saw through his true intentions. read more

After having multiple consultations with different firms looking for the best fit for me, I decided to go with Prager Jones and it was the best decision. Having Steven's representation, allowed me to move with my son and move forward from this nightmare. He was very communicative and thorough during my litigation, which was very important to me. Professional. Integrity. Knowledgeable. Helpful. Kind. Affordable. 4 years ago, I reached out to Prager Jones because my marriage was in crisis and I was contemplating divorce. From the initial consultation, I felt Steven cared and gave me sound advice not pushing me one way or another since I was conflicted. We decided to work on our marriage and solicited Steven to help draft a financial post-nuptial agreement. Since we were working on reconciling, we ignored his office's multiple attempts through the next 2 years to try to help us wrap up the paperwork. I was greatly surprised when I received a check with the remaining retainer last year. Now that is a law firm you can trust to work on your behalf and not just for the money. I was really impressed with their integrity of returning our unused money. Come 2024 and I have a friend in distress who needs help in San Diego, who do you think I referred her to? Steven Prager Jones Esq. hands down. read more

Steven gives excellent advice and is extremely professional. It's up to clients to take his knowledgeable advice. Why pay to retain a lawyer if you don't follow his advice? If you don't think he's fighting for you, perhaps you should go to law school and study up on the formulas and figures taken into account when it comes to family law and child support. He has helped me to understand the black and white rules us parents follow under California law. This previous reviewer "Brenda A." must be extremely bitter for not agreeing with California child support laws. From reading her review, it doesn't sound like she's educated enough to really understand the process or her husband is lying to her. A+++++ to Pacific Litigators! read more

We have had the best experiences with Steven Prager and his firm. My wife and I have met with about a dozen other attorneys and had in the past hired a couple. Now, we would never go to anyone by Prager. I cannot say too much about his professionalism, kindness, and fairness. First, he listened really well. He understood what we needed. Second, he fought for us. He found information crucial to our case and it ended in our favor shortly after. Third, he explained costs and made sure the benefit of hiring him outweighed what we would pay. Fourth, and finally, he was by our side from start to... well, family law issues kind of never end... so he still is. read more

Steven Prager represented me and my family regarding an accident wherein an uninsured motorist hit our vehicle in the middle of the 101 South and ran off. It takes a lot of patience to deal with the bureaucracy of medical treatments and insurance claims. Fortunately, Steven had plenty of patience and in 18 months got me a settlement from my insurance company that would have been significantly smaller had I decided to go it alone. Steven was there every step of the way to guide me through the slog. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing extremely competent counsel. read more
