I went to go see Victor on a custody case and It was the first attorney I was seeing. Upon arrival, there was no receptionist and after waiting for a while I checked the back of his office. I found Victor and informed him that I had an appointment scheduled at that moment with him. A few minutes into the appointment I noticed that he was by himself and understaffed trying to do too many things at one time and not focusing on the matter at hand. He gave me some bad information regarding my case and it seemed as though we would lose this battle from what he was saying. I had another appointment with a more trustworthy lawyer and after telling him what Victor had told me, he reassured me that Victor was not telling the truth. As my appointment with the 2nd lawyer was going on, he stopped me to ask what some paperwork I had regarding a restraining order was about. Turns out that Victor with all of his great multitasking skills gave me someone else's sensitive information which was a restraining order and contained info such as names, addresses, and phone numbers.
