I came in from out of state for my Dad's funeral in October. I had run out of my disposable vape and had to have someone drive me and they found this place. Whoever was working at the time when I visited was extremely rude. The guy was acting super disrespectful when I asked him a few questions and wasn't really helpful at all.. at one point he told me to just go somewhere else. I love this place! The staff is so friendly and they take the time to fully explain all the options to you without being pushy or trying to get you to buy the most expensive options. And you get to try the flavors right there in the shop before you buy them - which is great because there are a lot! They even have a nifty lounge area for you to hang out and relax while you sample. The prices are great and they have an awesome rewards program! You'll get messages on deals and your earned coupons from the rewards program (dont worry, they don't flood you with advertising or crap like that!) Any time you have questions or issues they're more than willing to walk you through what you did wrong (99% of my issues have been new user error) or help fix the problem. The equipment that they carry has been vetted to be very good quality, and the juices that they carry have been taste tested to be of good quality as well. The owner of the shop is there quite frequently, and the other people that work there are also very good. This Vape shop is one of the few in our area that actually care about the community and the vaper over the money or the profits. If I could leave 0 stars I would! Product is "okay," but the owners and anyone else that works there are extremely rude and disrespectful!! Every time I go in here they always seem like any questions I ask is such a hassle for them to respond politely. They 100% do not go out of their way to give you good customer service, nor are they ever willing to help you find what you need so YOU'RE happy as a customer. They make you feel like you are a nuisance for coming into their store to buy and spend money on their product. Awful awful awful!! Not worth your time to go in there happy to get what you want, just to leave upset because of how badly you're treated. If they would clean up their act, they'd be a great vape store. read more

I bought a box and tank from here hoping to quit smoking and get back into vaping. It shorted on me a little after a month. Called they said they would fix it if I met with them on a Thursday I had work so I couldn't make it. So then I get a email from the manufacturer to contact the retailer to look at so I call them back a few days later and they say they are not helping at all and to contact the manufacturer. So my advice is to avoid all flatlands they're customer service sucks they don't care to even look at it. They're are much more friendly and better shops that actually care about the customer and not just your money. Which I spent a lot there. So if you care about service after you purchase a box don't come here. read more

Large range of products offered----and their house e-liquids are at least as good as many pricier premium brands. (Seriously, best "house" liquids I've had, these folks know their stuff.)
