The selection is incredibly well curated, with the perfect mix of vintage, western wear, and unique accessories. Over the years, my husband has picked up some of his all-time favorite beanies here, and I've found everything from vintage Levi's to a fabulous furry purple jacket that still gets compliments. Every visit feels like a treasure hunt. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the owner is truly one of my favorite people. You can tell how much care and personality goes into the shop. If you're in Oceanside and love vintage, don't miss Ransack. It's a gem and one of our favorite stops every time we're in town.

While we were browsing, the lady at the front kept hovering over us as if we were trying to steal something. It was obvious enough that we actually started laughing about it. Combined with how incredibly expensive everything was, we decided not to buy anything. We did use the photo booth a couple of times, which has about a 3 and 1/2 minute processing time. While waiting for our photos to print and looking through them together, we sat on the couch. There was no one else in the store, and we weren't being loud, rude, or causing any problems. Despite that, we were rudely told the couch was only for customers trying on clothes. Didn't know the couch was a dressing room. It felt unnecessary considering we were simply waiting for the photos we had just paid for and were about to leave. The store has a cool concept, but the customer service made it feel unwelcoming. Greet every customer with kindness. Not everyone who walks into your store is out to get you.

So it was neat that each vendor had its on cubicle-like space that was unique. We really enjoyed checking out each space and finding so many vintage and unique items. The prices were also reasonable and fair. We spent so much time looking through the place to make sure we didn't miss anything. This entire "mall" was very organized and clean which made it a good shopping experience. As far as service, when we visited on a Saturday afternoon, we didn't interact with any staff/vendor so I can't say anything about that. Overall, a very neat place to find unique items that'll take you back.

When I raised it with the front desk, I was told that management is aware. I understand these objects have historical significance. Still, selling them for profit in a retail setting, with no educational context, effectively commercializes symbols of genocide and slavery. Many major marketplaces, including eBay and Etsy, don't allow Nazi items for exactly this reason. Do you have a vendor policies on this? I'd welcome a response and hope I can keep shopping with you but, honestly, I am shocked that you support these sales.

The check-in process is simple, and they're always on time. Depending on how many items I bring in, authentication can take about an hour. If you choose to wait while they authenticate your items, you can browse on their iPad to see what they have available at their location in case anything catches your eye. Overall, the ladies here are very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. It's always a smooth and pleasant experience!

I consigned my Hermès Chevre de Coromandel Birkin 40 Cognac, 2004 H in Square, through Fashionphile's consignment process. I trusted Fashionphile's reputation and expertise to handle it properly. Fashionphile received my bag. I have documentation confirming receipt, and I also have photographs provided by Marco, a Fashionphile employee, showing my Birkin in Fashionphile's possession. There is absolutely no question that Fashionphile had custody and control of my handbag. I have been battling this situation since May 16, 2026. Fashionphile was returning the bag back to me. However, through what appears to be their own negligence, they shipped my handbag to an address in a state where I do not even live. Let that sink in. A company specializing in luxury goods had possession of my Hermès Birkin and then shipped it to a completely different state that has no connection to me. This was not a situation where the package was lost before it reached Fashionphile. They had already received the bag. This was not a dispute over whether they ever possessed it. They did. I have proof. Yet despite having possession of my property, they shipped it to the wrong location and my bag has never been returned to me. Since May 16th, I have spent countless hours making calls, sending emails, gathering records, reviewing tracking information, preserving evidence, and trying to get answers. What should have been a straightforward transaction turned into weeks of stress, frustration, and uncertainty over the whereabouts of my handbag that should have remained secure while in Fashionphile's care. The most disturbing part is the lack of confidence this experience has given me in Fashionphile's handling of high-value items. Customers consign luxury goods with Fashionphile because they believe the company has systems in place to protect those items. My experience suggests otherwise. If a documented Hermès Birkin can be received by Fashionphile and then shipped to a state where the owner does not even reside, that raises serious concerns about the company's internal procedures and accountability. Beyond the financial loss, this situation has caused tremendous stress. Luxury handbags are not just expensive possessions. For many collectors, they represent years of effort, and investment. To have a company entrusted with that property lose control of it has been incredibly upsetting. As of today June 12,2026, I am still seeking the return of my Hermès Chevre de Coromandel Birkin 40 Cognac, 2004 H in Square, or fair compensation for its loss. I hope Fashionphile finally takes responsibility and resolves this matter appropriately. Until then, I feel obligated to share my experience so that others can make an informed decision before entrusting Fashionphile with their valuable property.
