On my first visit, someone behind the counter acknowledged me after about 7 minutes and the second time I was there none of the waiting folks were acknowledged. ~ They appear to be short staffed up front ~ Customers are not really made to feel like they are special or that their service is valued. Basically on a scale of 1 - 10 the customer service is a level 4 THE GOOD ~ The lines may be long, but that is because each customer is taken care of individually with care. They make sure to answer all of your questions and make you feel comfortable and satisfied before taking your keys. ~ The person who assisted me also helped another guy and he "took" his time with the guy to make sure that the guy was comfortable. The person was not yet ready to pay that much money for the service and requested a print-out. He was given the printout and from where I stood noticed that he was treated fairly. When It was my turn in line, the person also took their time with me. At one point, I was hesistant because of the cost and the guy said "well take a few minutes and let me know". He didn't rush me or anything. After about 5 minutes I said, "Sure go ahead and do it". ~ There is a waiting room but I didn't check it for cleanliness [I opted to go home and wait] ~ I received good service for what I paid for ~ The person who came and drove my car around was pleasant and appeared knowledgeable ~ I didn't wait for my car, I went home... within 45 minutes, I received a call that my car was complete. I didn't have to call them. ~ I received fast service [I bought two new tires and also got an alignments] ~ I came back the next day after my initial service due to an issue that I noticed. When it was "finally" my turn, they took care of my concerns. Not with a smile but they took care of my concern. ~ I had a special request with my service and the person assisting me wrote my request on the paperwork. OVERALL I will definitely use their services again. I'll just make sure to have the mindset that I may have to wait in a long line before being helped, but once I am helped they will answer all of my questions AND take their time with me. His unprofessionalism and condescending attitude are a disgrace. There DEFINITELY wasn't any attitude when I was buying hundreds of dollars worth of tires a few months ago. Both interactions were EXTREMELY disrespectful!

Also, it's situated in a great location with shops and food all within walking distance. I spent most of my 2 hrs at First Watch for breakfast and then Starbucks inside the nearby Target relaxing with a Frappuccino. Price for my tires beat another location I usually go to by over $150 which actually shocked me. After tires mounted and wheel alignment finished, I up and out to do my rounds. Oh, and getting this done on a Sunday is a big win when I usually have to take a good chunk of my busy Saturday or even take off work early on Friday to get tires mounted at other locations. Overall, one of the best NTBs I've been to for tire service.
