They know it is not the right fabric because it looks terrible in the room and would have NEVER been selected by me or their decorator.

Wayne had to disassemble the frame and wrap every part of the frame in padding before reupholstering in a beautiful ultra-suede. He then edged it with beautiful french stitching and attached buttons up the back for an entirely different look. Several months later I went back to them after I contacted four different custom furniture makers about building a custom platform bed. None were able to come up with a design that worked. Within only one short meeting Wayne and Lori understood exactly what I was looking for and in 6 weeks I had a platform bed that was not only beautiful but with a base that provides the support for one of the most comfortable sleeps I have ever had. In addition to their unparalleled design skill and expertise, they are incredibly nice and easy to work with. Wayne provided alternatives and suggestions for the work, and completed our project to our total satisfaction and in the promised timeframe. Along the way, we even changed fabrics and they were so accommodating. We are pleased to share our experience so that others might benefit from using this business's services. Debby & John

Selection was moderately decent and the sales clerk was moderately knowledgeable about fabrics and their usage (at least for my needs). While I did find something that worked for the small project I needed to complete, I can see where this Hobby Lobby's offerings wouldn't always work for me. Despite the fact that there were very few people in the store, check out was incredibly slow. Cashiers were friendly, but perhaps a bit too friendly? Chit-chats with the customers about personal events and goings-on after their transaction is complete stalls the line and makes those of us waiting just a little aggravated.
