Before cooking, Chef Alex started on the dessert chocolate molten cake with ice cream which we ate at the end of the class - it was delicious. During our class, we made a spinach salad, lobster mash, asparagus, and filet minion it was all delicious. We learned new cooking techniques which I am excited to use at home. Chef made sure restrictions were made and I was still able to enjoy the same meal as everyone else. The second class I took last night was awful. The chef was not prepared. I did not get the same meal as everyone else and only received carrots and mushrooms. There was no protein included in this meal and no starch. In addition he kept telling the class he had to do things special for me; so inappropriate. I doubt I can recommend this business to anyone.
