I brought my car in and they diagnos my car that the other dealership was incapable of doing. They also accidentally broke one of my spark plugs, and instead of just replacing it and not telling me they called right away and informed me that a tech has accidentally broke a spark plug so they went ahead and replaced all 5 at no cost at all. The staff is very friendly and Informative. The location of this dealership is easy to locate and navigate to and around. They have a lot of used and new cars at very competitive prices. I'd highly recommend this gm Chevy dealership to anyone in the twin cities area. And to stay away from lupient Chevrolet.

During our convo, I caught him in a lie about it. When I questioned him, he told me I "misunderstood". I explained it was not a "misunderstanding", I was meant to here that. I said how trust was gone and I thought he was a shitty salesman and how he should be ashamed of himself. He became defensive and argumentative. It ended with him calling me a vulgar name and told me to leave and never come back The most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. The owner was no better.

We are a young "growing" family and everytime we had to go somewhere we would have to take two cars, however we were stuck in my car because being a military family my jeep compass had abnormally high miles, it was beat up and dirty (kids messes). They told me they would pay off my car, or come extremely close to to making it so I had no negative equity. I was for sure upside down about 3-4000$ (I thought). We all know when you go to a car dealership and you just get out and look at a few cars you usually get attacked by vulchers, pressured into buying something you arent sure about, and you get hard hits on your credit, and likely stuck with a high interest rate. This place was the BEST car buying experience that I have EVER had. I have bought 6 cars from dealerships, and I always felt so pressured. Kal and Chad gave us the information we wanted. They did NOT pressure us into anything. They actually gave us the information and gave my husband and I some private space to talk about our thoughts together. I traded in a 2015 Jeep Compass is 87k mile, all dinged up from moving so much (military), extremely dirty from kids. Every other car dealership We've dealt with has offered only 5-6k for my jeep. I owed 10,040$ at a 17% APR for pay off. We got a newer car, with a warranty, a full size SUV, third row seating... everything we need and want in a car that fits the needs of our family with only approx 1000$ negative equity, for about 1000$ less than the KBB retail value of the car. Chad was able to get us financed with only 500$ down at 11% APR, and I went from a piece of junk 2015 Jeep Compass at almost 400$ a month payments, to a new Dodge Journey, in practically mint condition, 23000$ financed and I am at the same car payment. I was SO skeptical of going there. I thought we'd be pressured. I thought we'd be followed around. After we picked out the car that we wanted, they offered me close to pay off on my trade, got us financing in about 20 minutes. This place was the BEST and QUICKEST car buying experience I have ever had. We were never hassled or pressured and they didnt pressure us when we were undecided if we wanted a hard hit on our credit... but they layed out all the "tentative" numbers for us and we moved forward. As soon as we filled out the credit app, we were out of there within an hour with the new keys to our new car. Seriously, again... BEST car buying experience EVER. Kal and Chad worked together and they got us WAY more than we expected. I would 110% reccomend these guys if you are looking for a trade in or a new car or even just want some advice. Why do you schedule appointments if you don't have places to look or diagnose or fix your cars? They told me at that point it would be three days that does not work for the normal American family anymore. Most of us work two jobs. We have children to run around. I can't open my car with the key, only with the controller, they were supposed to send a locksmith to fix it and still to this day I'm waiting for it. Was supposed to do that and pick up some mats (which I'm pretty sure they lied to me a me haven't bought them). I've been calling like crazy and either someone that doesn't know anything about the situation answers and tells me to call when the manager is there. Now whenever I call they straight up don't answer or call me back. It's been close to impossible to talk to someone that can help me with things I was supposed to get over a month ago. I gave them many chances to call me back and fix the situation that they lied to me about on day one. Those vehicles are tough to find, but on my way to Target on Sat., March 20, 2021 I drove by First Ave Motors, and saw a red BMW on their main display. I said I will check it out on my way home which I did. And yes, it was a red BMW 328i convertible which is my dream car. Small dealerships have always made me very nervous. My wife said do the research. I did see that it had a salvaged title which made me have second thoughts. But on the following Monday, I sent it to my insurance agent in which he said it could be anything, and recommended that I take it to a body shop and a mechanic. I called later that day and spoke with Tatyana to inquire and I was told that the car needed to be jumped. I took it for a test drive on that Wednesday and the car indicated that the rear tire was low, other than that it drove good. I told Tatyana that I will be by the next day for a more thorough check and test drive. The next day my wife and I took it for a drive and brought it to the body shop and were told the damage was not that bad and the frame was good. We then took it to the mechanic next door to the dealer and they found no issues, in which we bought the car for a very great deal. The next day I drove it in the morning and things were fine, but in the afternoon the battery was dead. It did turn over but it struggled to do so. I could not help but think, I made a really bad purchase. I contacted Tatyana and she said that she was off that weekend, but to bring it in on that Monday which I did. Scared I had her check the alternator as well. Later that day she let me know that the car was done and the issue was an after market battery and a BMW battery was needed which they replaced free of charge. Since then there have been no issues and my plates came in 8 days after purchase. All and all this was a fantastic experience and Tatyana was so great to work with, I truly thank her for her hospitality! Dream car bought and loving it!!!! And here we are knocking on the door of November, and there has been no issues at all.
