A clerk started giggling at me as soon as I walked into the store. Another sales lady walked up to me with a highly disapproving look on her face. "We don't have anything here in your size," she said. I could just tell she was envisioning me ripping the seams out of one of her $180 skirts trying to zip it over my fat ass. I'm well-acquainted giggles and rejection from clothing sales clerks in Thailand, Hong Kong, China, and Japan. But I wasn't expecting it here. Oh well; they lost my business.

When she recommended an item to me, she was not pushy either. Many times I don't buy anything but just tried a few pieces on. She was not angry, like some other Asian store owners do. They have cute Korean style clothes. The price tags are pretty expensive, but they go on sale after a while, like 50% off. I like many styles there, but sometimes just didn't buy them due to the price. Sometimes they have on-sale items hanging outside the store. $29.99 a piece. I've found great bargains there. I bought a summer skirt, a winter skirt, and a full dress! Great deals.

The store has a lot of Thousand Skies merch (of course), but also a lot of other artists' work. Very similar to what you'll see at some SJmade fairs, you'll see a lot of prints, charms, caps, plushies, washi tape, and more. I could probably spend just as long in the store as I would at SJmade. When I was shopping there (5/17/26), Thousand Skies had a free reusable bag for any purchase of $50 or more on their merch. Not sure how long they will keep this promotion, so hurry and make your visit if this is something you'd like!

Music in a work place or public place should be for "background ambience" only, not for employees own entertainment. Even the employees were yelling at customers as they rung them up at the register. Workers were rude and not helpful. Hubby got his shoes, but we will not be back there!! Hated the experience. And only two chairs in the whole store to sit to try on shoes. Someone was piling boxes on one.
