Our neighbor, whose husband is battling a serious illness, was brought to tears when seeing the hearts and smiley faces this morning all over her yard! Sherry, the owner, is super friendly and professional and worked with me as the original date had to be postponed at the last minute. That was no problem. Thank you, Flamingos By Night for making my parents' 60th Anniversary so very special! With all that is going on right now with COVID, my parents' getaway weekend was cancelled, as was our family party for them, which broke my heart. So my brothers and I decided we'd surprise them with a flock of flamingos. I have used them in the past and always with wonderful results. My parents absolutely loved it! They said they walked out in the morning and went around, looking at each one. Later in the afternoon I took some anniversary pictures of them with the birds. The people who delivered did such an awesome job. The yard looked amazing! My mom commented several times how much she loved the flamingos. The day was going by so fast. 7:30 p.m. was quickly approaching for them to fly away. I wanted so much for them to be able to enjoy their little friends for just a while longer, so I called to see if I could extend them for one more day. The customer service was absolutely wonderful! With it being the 4th of July, and other requests for the birds, they had to do some rearranging. She could have very easily said, sorry we're not able to do that at this time, but she made it work that the flamingos could stay one more day. Thank you so much!! I'm so happy with Flamingos by night. I placed the order way ahead of time and it went perfectly. They showed up after 10:30 at night and picked up 7 pm (extra charge). The yard was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted 40 signs and "grey hairs." My husband was surprised and loved it. The sign was perfect and the card was written out nicely and placed by the front door. Couldn't miss it. The neighbors all loved it. It looks clean and neat. Super fun birthday surprise. read more

Recently had a last minute brainstorm to decorate my dad's yard to celebrate his 80th birthday. I literally called them late Thursday afternoon, after my daughter came across their website, to see if they had availability that night. His birthday was the next day. Left a message, she got right back to me. We ended up with a hilarious birthday message readable from the street, several large "#80"s and (25) 2' white golf balls. Not only did the yard look great but my parent's dog *never* woke up. He sleeps with them and their room is near the front of the house. My dad was just tickled! Their neighbors thought it was fantastic. And the best part, they came Friday night around 7:30 ish and cleaned it all up. Would definitely recommend Flamingos by Night! read more

My family and I were very disappointed with Flamingos By Night. We paid to have "40's" and shamrocks put in my brother-in-laws yard for his St. Patrick's Day 40th Birthday along with a sign & a card. Not only did they decorate the WRONG house but the sign, along with other decor had fallen over (no wind) and there was no card to be found. We even checked the mailbox. My family and I ended up collecting all the items and decorating their house ourselves and it looked so much better. The company's version was very sloppy. The picture I have attached is of our doing not theirs. When contacting FBN and telling them what happened they didn't even seem to care. We even tried to get a partial refund and they wouldn't give it to us. Side note: we also never got a confirmation email with a receipt or the call the night before like they said they would. I don't recommend this company nor would I trust their ethics. read more

OMG! Let the hilarity ensue! I was surprised and delighted to wake up this morning to dinosaurs in my front yard ringing in the big 5-0 birthday. A wonderful friend planned this surprise. I was not satisfied with Flamingos By Night. I ordered 50 flamingos for a very special 50th birthday. The deal was 50 flamingos and a personalized card. Only 41 flamingos were delivered and NO card. When I called to inquire/complain, I was originally met with surprise and a response that they would need to talk to their delivery driver and then get back to me (Wouldn't their driver have already advised if they were short of birds???). I was then called back the next day and advised that their driver had in fact not delivered 50 flamingos (I knew that already......). Their driver KNEW he didn't deliver the entire order and then snuck-off as opposed to reporting it back and proactively addressing it. Seriously made me wonder how often this happens with this company and as long as people don't complain, oh well....... The response I got from the owner/manager was something like "thank you so much for bringing this to our attention......". Huh? I wasn't telling you to help you in your business. It was a complaint. How about a 'sorry' and a refund? Well they ended-up refunding me 20% of the order (apparently because 80% of the order was filled....). Again, HUH? If I wanted 80% of an order with NO special personalized card, I would have ordered that and paid that price. The service was frankly pretty useless in this case because 50 flamingos was the whole point! It was a 50th birthday. They knew this. They seemed much more interested in covering their bottom line for this single order than providing great service to ensure future business. Lame...... Based on this experience, I will not use them again. read more

What an amazing experience, from our first email to the final pick up. The staff was awesome and helped to customize my sisters 40th suprise flocking. They were in and out for set up in a matter of minutes and were quick to hide behind a palm tree when they thought there were being discovered. The flock care directions were a great added touch and even the recapture crew was so kind. We will be sure to use them again and everyone that came to the party LOVED the yard. I've been using flamingos by night for many years for all sorts of occasions. They have always been fun and easy to order from. The "flockees" (recipients) always love it and talk about it for years! They have always been very flexible about dates, times and displays. Once I flocked my mom two days in a row, changing to a different display overnight, and she was so surprised. Both days!
