Knowledgeable staff, friendly staff, and have gone out of their way to help me out with whatever I need! It's an open and inviting atmosphere, where staff treats you like family! I've made knew friends with some staff members, but Randy has become a forever friend! The shop wasn't the same when he left, and I felt as if the business was going way downhill. I enjoy going to the flamingo vape shop on pembina, because the workers/ employees are all ways so greating and amazing and friendly, they take extra care of all the costumers who come to there shop to get vapping goods such as juices, vapes, supplies and more. They are a very clean place to shop they take extra procedures to preventing the covid pendemic washing hands and wearing masks, I enjoy shopping at the flamingo knowing there is always a great employee named Johnny woo who always handles my orders kindly and professionally with get suggestions when looking for know products almost all ways knows what I am looking for or what I might like , and the extra time he takes listening to questions n concerns is very appreciated. I came into the store about a week ago looking for a cheap pre-roll. (Broke and only had $6) I was in the week before and had found one that came to $5.25... however, when I came this time the cheap pre-rolls were gone and the cheapest came to 7 something. The man that was helping me was so understanding and helpful... he was trying to figure out a way for me to get something for that price... in the end, he took my change and paid the difference.
