I used to really like these guys, and even drove across town to just support them,
but I won't be going there anymore.
Gone through 2 different e-cigs in 4 months, both of them being duds and they won't do anything about it. Paid $200 for my last one and barely lasted 2 months. Their warranty expires after 30 days, but is still covered under factory warranty, but The Steam Shoppe refused to print out my receipt for warranty purposes, just because they want me to buy a new one from them.
After giving them a lot of business, I'm disappointed in how I've been treated there the last few times I've been there. When I brought in my broken MVP3.0 Pro, the guys working there didn't know anything, so they had to call in the manager who wasn't working. When the manager came in, he made it very clear how annoyed and inconvenienced he was and didn't even try to help.
They keep boasting that vaping saves you a ton of money in comparison to smoking, but having to buy new e-cigs every 2 months gets pretty expensive, especially when they refuse to help or replace it.
Will be taking my business elsewhere. read more
