However, when getting fitted for skis, the owner confirmed that despite already having boots, we would still need to pay to rent a pair. What is most frustrating is that we bought the boots because they didn't have my daughter's size...and then found out afterwards that we still had to pay to rent a pair.

Excuses each time I contacted him. Check out his poor BBB rating. I wasted one whole year not being able to drive my antique car because of this business. The quality of the work was poor. The owner quoted me one price when I brought the parts in but over one year later tried to charge me 50% more than the original quoted price stating that his labor costs were still double the cost above and beyond what he was trying to charge me. I refused to pay his rip off price. Looking at the parts I can see that he didn't do anything to them but rechrome them. They are in the same condition that they were in before the rechroming except for new chrome. There was no labor involved whatsoever. I will never take my business here again. It was the worst experience I have had with any company. Very dishonest owner with a disgusting attitude.

On top of having to pay for the girl who was teaching the group how to play, she was excellent by the way and probably should go look for a job elsewhere, each player also payed a $10 fee to sit at his table and purchased junk food, drinks. He may have had a bad day or was just an ill tempered man. However, no proprietor should ever treat his customers this way. First time I've witnessed such behaviour.
