But once you get past that you will actually see that he has far more knowledge about board games than anybody in the entire city. He goes way back, so can tell you about nearly any game period. From all the times I've spoken with him I can tell he has his finger on the pulse of the industry. I've began explaining a game mechanic to him of a game I played years prior and he immediately named it. Give the dude a break and try them out. On a side note his wife, although not as knowledgeable, is a pleasure to deal with all the way. I do not agree with previous commentators about prices, it is actually comparable and falls within the price I expect off boardgamegeek.

On New Year's Eve I needed a new game delivered and it was past the order deadline. With a little pleading BEN agreed and delivered it to my friends later that day for the party.
