I work for a company that has an account with FedEx to send stuff out, but the issue I have because…read moreI'm the Parts Manager here is that every time I set up a day and time for a package to get picked up from our location NO ONE comes by to pick up our packages on the day I schedule the pick up. Now when FedEx Express drops stuff off I asked them if they can take them and drop them off so they can get sent out to my customers. They have told me that they aren't supposed to do that but they will anyways because the package has been sitting in the pickup location for 3+ days. These customers I have are paying alot of money for these parts in general then adding shipping on top of that then they have to wait like a week to get their parts when it should have only taken maybe 3 days to get to them from the time the order is placed by me to the manufacturer, shipped to me then out to them... Not too happy with that right now

We were shopping after work around 7:30 PM and were the only customers in the store. As we were finishing up, the only employee working (an older male, likely 50+) approached my husband and told him he "had him on camera" and that he "wasn't allowed to touch my backside." For context, my husband had simply placed his hand on my lower back while we were walking. Nothing inappropriate! We are married, very much grown adults in our late twenties, and were even purchasing alcohol. The interaction felt accusatory, unnecessary, and honestly a bit like harassment. It was extremely uncomfortable and made what should've been a quick grocery run feel unsettling. We were minding our own business and not bothering anyone, so we were shocked to be approached in this way. Management should really be aware of how their employees are speaking to customers. We won't be returning to this location.

You can even order well in advance and state the time you want to pick it up. I've never not had it ready at the allotted time and it's always been handed over by a friendly employee. On occasion I also purchase box lunches for our well deserving employee group. Again, sandwiches are always ready on time and the staff are always friendly. The quality of the sandwiches has been nothing but excellent. If you want a sandwich that is just massive, the Gargantuan is just the ticket to prep you for a nice nap. The interior of the store has always been clean and organized. The only improvement that could be made is to shovel the front sidewalk during snowy times.
