I bought opal studs and cufflinks for tuxedos which I wear in my position at the San Francisco Symphony. When I purchased them, I explicitly explained how I wanted the back on the studs to be constructed. The set was mailed to me after I returned to the States. And, of course, my requests were not fulfilled and I received studs with a bar instead of button for fastening. I notified the owner my email of my disatisfaction with the workmanship. Of course, to date and several months later, I had no response. So, buyer beware. Customer service is way below what one would expect when making a purchase for several thousand dollars.
