After the car was returned I got a bill for 26,400, the residual value of my car. When I called they told me to ignore it. Now 10 months later I see my credit score dropped 91 points and I look to see that Beth Page without sending me a bill or notice put a $450 collection on my credit report. I called, they said it was the return fee for the Honda and they would take it off my report when I paid it and put in a dispute that a bill was never sent. I paid the $450 and it is still on my credit report. I called and am getting nowhere with the representative telling me they sent me a bill in May, which I never received and also telling me they are not obligated to send another bill. I never heard of such incompetence. After making 39 on time payments, never late with any other bills or payments, I should get the benefit of the doubt. Terrible company. It's no surprise they have a 2.4 star rating. Go somewhere else to finance your vehicle.

It is the most singularly depressing uninviting,gloomy ,poorly decorated bank I have ever been to. How anybody could tolerate this environment is incomprehensible. Investment banks aside for the moment, Maspeth Federal has been long standing staple in the neighborhood. Tellers have been there for many years, managment has remained mostly constant and my safety box behind the enormous gated safe has never been robbed. With over 400 zombie banks going belly up since the 2008 crisis, I feel very comfortable knowing Maspeth isn't in any sort of peril. Every year Maspeth erects large tarps to cover the parking lot area and hold a live music venue for a few hours. It's a wonderful time to enjoy music, to run into neighbors and share a chat, further building what Maspeth embodies for all these years. Community relations.

There is a long line at the teller for a Friday late afternoon which I have become so very accustomed to waiting on various lines as an adult. Patience is a virtue. There was a female platform banking associate Marin Azad who is rather aggressive with her approach to customers in hopes to turn the negative reviews around. I was too irritated by the high humidity of a typical New York summer and want to recluse without being approached. I was exhausted from my errands on my day off from my Sisyphean Task and still have more to complete in this plaguing excessive humidity with the addition of the blazing sun. Get out of my face, woman! This Chase Bank branch serves this Brooklyn vicinity for its locale Bangladesh speaking customers. Business cards are available upon request and this same female platform banking associate distributed a very dirtied and stained one. I was mortified to see one's identity of a business card in such derelict condition. My own business card is not stained. The back of this Chase Bank business card contains Braille writing. My primary purpose of this visit is to complete my banking transaction at the teller service and obtain a receipt, but the male teller's computer unexpectedly crashed and I had to wait for a reboot. Eventually, I did received my banking receipt and my financial transaction was completed. I don't mind the waiting as, again, I was used to waiting. I requested some of the signature Chase blue barrel pens (black ink) for my workplace and was awed that he distributed four (4) for free to compensate my delay waiting.
