So I walk here Friday instead of going to the bank Sunday. I go to use the ATM. It returns the card after I try to withdraw money I try to use the other one. Same problem. I wait in line for a teller. With the long line, I'm thinking that the machine may have given others trouble. I wait about 10 minutes In line. The teller asks me to insert the card into the card reader. Apparently TD bank blocked the card since I don't usually use this branch. I filled out the withdrawal slip and she gave me my money. She also wished me a "happy birthday " since my birthday is Saturday. read more

Very pleasant location and staff. I wanted to upgrade some personal account information and the waiting list was not that long. Karla helped me with all my inquirers. Very personable and nice. This site has a parking lot that is a respite from other urban settings where street parking is very hard to find. It also has a safe deposit box vault. I like TDBank, has been a customer for years. I really love TD Bank and it hurts me to give America's Most Convenient Bank a 1* Star Review however that is all this bank branch deserves. This is by far the worst TD Bank branch I have ever been to. I would rather go to the branch on Crossbay Blvd which is further from me. This branch only has two ATM machines; why does only one machine work? Also, why can't the ATM machine take Cash Deposits? This is absolutely absurd. It would also help if the tellers moved a little faster since the lines are always long no matter what time of day it is. read more

I have been banking with td bank for over 10 years and this branch is the worst rd bank branch that I've visited. My last two experiences were horrible. i feel that if you don't look like them or speak like them, then they don't want to assist you. one time I had to let them know this. No comment against this particular location, but I used TD Bank's online services and telephone services to obtain a home loan. I specifically informed the loan representative that I had begun a new job and inquired if that would affect my chances of an approval which they ensured me it would not. After a month of searching for a home and then another month of completing the home inspect and appraisal and providing all necessary documents, I was denied the loan for the single reason that I was not employed at my full-term position long enough for them to consider that as my steady income (I had been employed for about 3 months at that time). As a result, the sellers nearly back out of the closing process and I nearly lost the home I struggled to select. Luckily I reached out to a more local lender right away who approved me in less than a month and I was able to purchase the home I wanted right away. TD Bank loan services not only wasted my time and my money but almost cost me my home. In addition to that, the loan representative I worked with was almost impossible to get in touch with on a regular basis which definitely delayed the closing process because I could not get the information I needed in a timely manner. I would NOT recommend TD Bank's loan services. read more

This used to be an abandoned house and gas station. It is a new bank in the area with sufficient parking and parking for HYBRID cars!!! lol They have the penny arcade so you can bring your jars of change to bills or deposit it. It's also clean and new. They also give free pens take some for school I guess XP. BTW for the lazy people there is a drive thru system... read more

When piggybacking a TD Bank member to utilize their Penny Arcade coin machines, low and behold their coin machines are system-wide discontinued operation. A TD Bank associate stolidly stated "TD Bank does not service Penny Arcade coin machines and their contract with this vendor to provide ongoing maintenance is discontinued." Okay. It leads to one biting question: why continue to physically carry their bulky machines consuming vital physical commercial retail space inside their banks when these machines are now obsolete and inoperable? With great disappoint I schlep my heavy annoying coins all the way home and plan to deposit my loose change the old fashion way of counting and putting it in bank coin rolls. read more

Service here is awful the tellers roll their eyes and suck their teeth when you ask for help.Using the penny arcade is nightmare the child in front of us had been waiting 20 min before someone responded to her while the line behind started to increase The tellers wouldn't even make eye contact with us and ignored our requests for help. The ATM next to the penny arcade was also out of order at least 10 ppl came in to use the machine and all were frustrated and annoyed. My son has a acct here I thought about banking here but after this annoying experience that will NOT happen. Hopefully the one opening around the corner from me will be better. read more

The absolutely consistently worst TD Bank location I've ever been to, hands down. This location is close to my boyfriend's house, which is the only reason I would come here in a pinch. Regardless of the time of day that you come here, there will always be a line...and it will be the slowest moving line imaginable. I don't know if it's because the tellers have no urgency, or they just don't know what they're doing, but it's pretty unacceptable. I thought it was just a coincidence the first few times I've been there, but it's a constant thing. I'd recommend going somewhere else, even if it's a bit out the way. I've been banking with TD Bank since 2007 back when they were Commerce Bank before the merger took place. I have used different branches all over the five boroughs, mostly Queens and Manhattan. I have had the same consistent service no matter what branch I was using. Yes they do have long lines but I've only seen these lines 2 or 3 times. I find that you will get a line later in the day after 2pm on weekdays and that is because they usually won't have a full line of tellers until after 4pm those days they are open till 8pm. Also this is a smaller than usual space but the lines moved fast on the occasions I was stuck waiting. Every teller I've interacted with has been pleasant be it I'm there on my own or with my husband and toddler. My husband uses the penny arcade from time to time and that is something that is broken at times but it's usually due to someone not cleaning their coins thoroughly before bringing them in. That's the only time I've seen a teller be surly and it was directly to the customer who caused the mess. This is just my two cents based on the 12 to 15 times I've frequented this location since moving back to the area 7 months ago. read more

After a dreadful experience @ the Liberty Ave branch, I decided to give these folks a try to close out a loan. The Reps here actually understand the concept of an appointment (ie an agreeable time when I show up and ready to see someone and not wait 1 hr). The gentleman who helps us was very professional, knowledgeable and did his best to answer my questions. Overall, this was pleasant experience and will return to this branch if needed. read more

They really need more than one atm inside the bank. Its always a 15 minute wait. Customer service line is a longer wait so there isnt much choice. Please add at least one more atm. Plenty of space inside for it. read more
