Had a fungus grown under big toe nail on one foot. As with a lot of the reviews, care was good. It seemed too many office visits were scheduled and a lot of cost not covered by Medicare. If ever need foot doctor again will try someone else because of cost $$$$. read more

Beware of questionable billing practices! My procedure was fine but I would not go back if my foot was about to fall off after the experience I had with the billing dept. The same day that my insurance and I left a voice mail regarding a discrepancy between their bill and my explanation of benefits they attempt to charge my card on file without having the courtesy to call either of us to clarify. It spiraled from there and needless to say I would be very careful in reading over what you sign, what you agree to and consider not leaving your card on file knowing they will attempt to charge it without making an effort to clarify anything first. Better yet look for a place that is more transparent. Very disappointing given I had no issue with the doctor himself or the procedure itself. read more

Treatment was fine but the billing was a nightmare. I had the same procedure done two years apart. In 2022, insurance covered everything after the copay. The total bill was $560. In 2024, exact same procedure. Kim at Flagstaff foot doctor screwed up the billing codes and part of the claim was denied. Including copay, they received $448, then they proceeded to charge me an extra $460. How can the same procedure go from $560 to $908?! I called insurance and they immediately called Flagstaff foot doctor and Cynthia refused to work with insurance, telling the representative "The patient signed a contract that they will pay the balance." Word for word, this is what the insurance rep told me. Rather than the insurance paying $112, Flagstaff foot doctor charged me $460. 400% markup!? Do not trust them. They will price gouge you. read more

Dr. Rosales and his team did a phenomenal job helping me with an ongoing in-grown toe nail issue that was causing me truly horrible pain. If the wind hit my toe the wrong way, I was in excruciating torment. I called over the weekend, and heard back Monday morning that they would have been able to squeeze me in that afternoon, but it didn't quite work with my schedule. Not a problem, move it to Tuesday morning. Check-in as a new patient was quick and easy, and I was getting numbed up right at 10:15, my scheduled appointment time. The staff was incredibly courteous and helpful, the procedure took very little time, and I was out of there 30 minutes later and back to work. Thank you for helping me with over ten years worth of pain! A pinch and some burning later, and that was all it took to end some pretty serious suffering. Follow-up was scheduled for two weeks later. 8/31/2021 My husband had dropped a box on his feet and had delayed wound healing. Dr. Rosales was able to see him the next day and do x-rays and fix a severe in-grown toenail and recommend wound care products. My husband is a diabetic so getting fast care was very important. I was having extreme foot pain on my right foot due to a fairly large bunion. I called the office of Dr. Rosales and was immediately scheduled for an appointment. Upon my arrival the ladies at he front desk were very helpful and the papa er work was painless. Dr. Rosales was very knowledgeable and was able to give me a quick assessment. He then proceeded to fit me with some orthotics and I have since been extremely happy with the outcome.
