I am so happy with this place. I have been seeing several doctors about the pain in my knees, back…read moreand hands for over 6 months now, and can say without a reasonable doubt that Dr.Austin has been the greatest help to me by far. I started experiencing this pain over a year ago, and after many tests, doctors, specialists, and X-rays, they all did the same thing, prescriptions that were not helping and often with horrible side effects. I am a 28 year old student with a wife and an 8 month old, so being under the influence of prescriptions is not an option. Taking notes all day destroys my hands, I walk a lot at work, so my knees kill me by the end of the night, and lifting a child up and down all day destroys my back. Again, I am 28 and all of the doctors just keep telling me that I should not be experiencing this kind of thing at my age. I have been 4 times now and can honestly say that I have not felt this good in a year. I can not stop raving about how much I like this place to everyone of my friends. The Dr. Austin talked to me about my diet and eating habits, stress levels, vitamins and has got me on track to feeling better, with adjustments. I was at my last straw before I can here and was at first skeptical about what kind of improvements I might expect, but hands down, he has helped me extensively. I even cancelled my next appointment with a specialist down in Phx and have reduced my daily pain perspiration and have never felt better. Today I was able to run up the stairs at work, skipping steps, with my baby in my arms, when I could barley make it up them two months ago. My mobility has improved and so have my expectations of day to day life. Yes, after being adjusted, my back feels worn, but the next morning, I have never felt better. It is not a one time appointment, but a process toward healing. Gradually, my appointments have become more spread out and my back feels better for longer. I can't say the same about my hands and my knees, but my back is why I am going to him, and I could not be happier.

Well, its July now and they still haven't submitted a claim to Medicare so we've ended up paying our Medicare deductible twice. We've called several times and they still haven't submitted the claim. Basically we've been ripped-off $500 because they've paid so have no incentive to "do the right thing" and submit the claim. My advise is to never ever go there even if you like the level of care.

He truly listens--not just to what you say, but to what your body needs--and tailors each session to your comfort level. They're always welcoming, helpful, and very knowledgeable, making every visit smooth and stress-free. It's clear that everyone there genuinely cares about their patients. He took a lot of time being, I hadn't been seen by a chiropractor in a year due to life changing circumstances. The muscles in my back were like a rock. He took the time to discuss my history and my conditions. A tens unit was employed to relax my muscles. The therapy was taking 15 minutes. It does not need to be constantly monitored. An assistant was close by should there be any issues. Yes, he did see other patients during the 15 minutes while I was on this unit. Which is just common sense efficient use of time to tend to other patients. My upper back was causing numbness and loss of strength in my arms and hands. I'm happy to say the next morning My discomfort was markedly relieved.

Where do i start, my family member is very sick. East Flagstaff Medicine seems to care more about…read moremoney then they do helping their patients. The last month my family member has been going through a lot of life threatening situations. I don't think the gate keepers know what their role's are. As it is the medical fields here in flagstaff do not talk to each other. We have been going in circles since he was diagnosed. That's where I come back to East Flagstaff family medicine. I have reached out to this office who has been our families Dr for over 20 years. Honestly I think if our Dr/nurse practitioner (Sara Reeves) would just call me or my husband back to hear our concerns we might be able to understand why we are always referred to the ER, which is it's own hell hole. Today was the last straw when our specialist said we needed to contact our primary dr for a referral for a procedure. Again another circle. called East Flagstaff Family medicine to get the referral , after waiting on hold listening to everyone's resume I got through. When I finally got the receptionist that put me on hold for ever, just to come back to tell me we needed to go to the ER. For a referral really???? I'm done with them I love Sarah Reeves, but, It's hell to get to even talk to her. I will never refer this office to anyone. If you sick just go to the ER, apparently that' the only place that can help you and not even then. I suggest you look at all the reviews that have the same referral to the ER. or urgent care. this is weird since they are looking for customers. I guess they can't be sick. hmmmmm
