He is extremely knowledgeable and helped us choose the best carpet product to stand up to a 100-year-old home transformation. Mark gave us an initial estimate that was not only affordable but included a much better product than any other local competitor. Mark followed up at our home for measurements and we were able to get an install date around two terribly busy schedules. In fact, they even called and offered to work around an install date convenient to our schedules within at least a one-week schedule. Mark's install crew did a full demo of our current flooring, and haul away. Even though our old flooring had been installed poorly and required a tremendous amount of extra labor, Mark stuck to his word and it was all included in our price.
