I was greeted on the phone by a gentleman named Gilbert who was, kind, helpful and professional. I explained my situation and urgency for help. He was more than willing to immediately assist me! Exceptional customer service. We agreed on a price and a time as I had a furniture delivery on the way. He politely asked me for my contact information so he could arrange this pick up for me. In the midst of getting everything together, I am almost hit by a car in my neighborhood while I'm walking. Now I'm extremely emotional, confused and have so much to deal with. Here comes Gilbert to the rescue. He had the most sweetest demeanor, was very calming and he literally carried a 6 foot heavy couch, down three flights of stairs by himself.. We messaged and he asked a few simple questions and provided his rates. Nick is very responsive snd clear with his information which made this easy. My appointment was made an on the day of, he arrived promptly. He was kind enough to respect my 'no shoes in house' policy, I did see him switch to an indoor slipper. It took about 2 hours but he did an amazing job cleaning my sofa. I had recently moved, and it got extra dirty from the moving trucks and things rubbing against it.
