I was looking at the shelves and not the arrows taped to the floor. I had my mask on and there was only one other customer in the store. I am so tired of clerks treating me like my business doesn't matter. They were cold, rude and ignored me when I went to the counter to ask a question. I purchased 2 cases of beer, credit card price seemed high, so I asked for a receipt. Newer…read moreemployee did not know how to give me a receipt, so she read off my prices and I was over charged by $2 on two items, $4 total. She was not able to refund the difference, or cancel the transaction and start over. (like I said she is new). She said she would have the owner call me. Over the next week, I stopped in three times, each time the same clerk was there alone and said she has reminded the owner to call me. Finally, over a week later, I stopped in and the owner was there. He said he has to charge the state minimum. I asked why the shelf price is different and why the clerk could not give me a receipt. He refused to give me a refund, told me to take him to court and told me never to return to his store.
