I'm not sure why it's taken me so long to pen this review. Tiffany and her staff are life family to us. She prepared the cake for our wedding and has been a listening and supportive ear ever since. This is the best bakery in the city. Period. They have so many cupcake and cookie flavors. If you've never tried the Toffee Cookie, you're absolutely missing something out of your life. All the cookies slap. We definitely go to this place more than we should, but it's always a treat. Absolutely FIRE establishment! Let them know that I sent you. read more

I cannot speak to the cakes though they LOOKED great. What I can say is the cookies! My oh my monster peanut butter, snicker doodle, chocolate chip and way more varieties. I've been walking in the neighborhood doing rehab from an aneurism repair and pass this store daily. Today, curiosity got the better of me and I'm glad it did! Half a dozen giant cookies of the above variety filled a big to-go tray. This is at least a week's worth of treats (moderation don't you know). Friendly crew and great goodies, I'm in! read more

Today was my first time coming here. One of the ladies who works there came out to greet me and helped me out. She was very friendly and very helpful. I purchased a few cookies, a huge apple turnover, a blueberry scone, and a few cupcakes. One of the flavors of the cupcakes was coconut cream and it was yummy! The apple turnover was very good. We had an ice cream-themed first birthday for my daughter at the park; the cake held nicely while outside (close to three hours). The flavors were amazing as well - confetti cake + cookies & cream (top layer filling) and strawberries & cream (bottom layer filling). This bakery is beyond amazing!!! The staff are amazing and so friendly. I came in back in March, to order a cake for my nieces 1st birthday party. The theme was Finding Dory, which is her absolute favorite movie. They designed a cake that was far beyond what I could've imagined, and it was delicious... And also affordable (worth every dollar)!!! They even made a little smash cake for my niece. I got so many compliments on the design and the taste of the cake!!! Ok now I finally I got sugar fix here. I ordered my 50th birthday cake which was a naked strawberry shortcake. It had tasty cookies and chocolate dip strawberries that were super good. I also have smores cupcakes which my guess raved about, lemon cupcakes and red velvet. I only had the birthday cake. The cupcakes came up missing in all my guests tummies. For some reason the pretzel sticks who has put under the table. I gave them out at the end of the party and they were really tasty too. I was able to give Tiffany my vision along with photos through Yelp messages and she did exactly what I asked for. Once I get the photos back from the photographer I will post some. Where do I start... first off thank you Tiffany! She was very professional and nice during the whole cake purchasing process. This was my first time ever purchasing a nice cake and it was for my mom's 50th surprise bday party... I had no clue where to start. I originally started to go to Frosted Flour in Lodi but when I went I was totally brushed off by the OWNER who was not very helpful at all and to be honest left a little discouraged but then a good friend of mine recommended to go to fizz bakery. Tiffany was very helpful! I was nervous and unsure what type of cake to get for my moms special day plus living in Oakland and not being able to try samples left me unsure. Tiffany gave some suggestions on what to add to the cake and the design. Even after a date mix up( invitations were sent out with the wrong date) she still remade the cake! Look no further for all of your wedding cake needs. Tiffany is the BEST. We got married in April of 2021, and originally didn't want a cake. After trying Tiffany's during our cake tasting, we knew we had to have one on our wedding day. Fizz bakery created the most epic dessert bar for our wedding! It was one of the things we received the most compliments on by our guests. Tiffany was amazing to work with and made it so easy. I gave her an idea of what I was envisioning and she just went with it. Exceeded my expectations. She showed up personally and arranged it and I was blown away when I finally saw it. Their cookies, cakes, and other baked goods are great and they're reasonably priced. However, they are very hard to order from. I tried to order my father's 50th birthday cake a month in advanced and got ghosted with no explanation in the middle of discussing the order. If I did something incorrectly, I will never know, because they never replied back. This and other attempts to order things from them before that particular instance have been frustrating. It's much easier to just walk in during their open hours and pick out some cupcakes. read more

Stopped by to place my order for a two tier red velvet and chocolate cake, I was able to text my picture over of what I wanted the cake to look like, very simple and easy order process. Tiffany is always very nice and helpful. This is my go-to bakery when I need a cake for an event. When they've been booked in the past, they've offered to do the cake the night before (which worked out for me- the cake remained fresh and nice). The workers here are very skilled and will do almost any design you give them. They also have a ton of different bread flavors and fillings compared to other bakeries in town. Not to mention their cookies! They're huge and very flavorful. Love this place. I recommend it to everyone. read more

I love that Fizz Bakery offers keto options! I've tried their keto cookies and their cheesecake. Their keto cheesecake is DELICIOUS! They have regular and chocolate ones but the regular ones are a game changer especially being on keto. The cookies are a weird texture but of course that is from the almond flour but still good! I hope that they will expand their keto options and start making fat bombs! read more

I needed a cake for a birthday and I needed it the day after next. I went to Yelp to find the best bakery in the area. This led me to Fizz! I went in and told them I needed a specially designed cake... and needed it the day after next. They didn't bat an eye and we got to designing! The price was fair for what I was requesting. I gave them a picture of what kind of concept I needed, but of another color. The cake was ready on time, tasted amazing, and I'm still a little surprised at how easy and good it was! The owner is the sweetest. Great with communication and responding back with a timely manner. I found her bakery randomly on yelp and I am not disappointed. It was very last minute, I needed 50 cupcakes in 5 day, I called on a Monday and needed them by Saturday . I talked to the owner, she said it was last minute but she would be able to accommodate my needs for an extra fee, I stated I understood, 4 dozen cupcakes originally is $25 a dozen or $100 for 4 dozen or 48 cupcakes, and I requested 50 cupcakes, she quoted me a price of $175. We discussed 2 flavors, but I told her I would need to talk to my fiancé about one of the flavors. The next morning I asked her about the price she quoted me, if I was being charged for an extra dozen of cupcakes or if the whole $75 was for the expedite fee, I also texted her to change one of the flavors to plain vanilla. At that point she said she was unable to accommodate my needs because she didn't have enough time to make the cup cakes. So less than 12 hours later she said she couldn't help me due to time restrictions. I understand 5 days maybe short notice, but then just say you are booked and cannot accommodate someone. I ended up reserving a 2 tier cake 8inch and 10inch tiers from Nothing Bunt Cakes and 48 buntinis for $155. I bought some cake toppers and gold glitter and customized my own cakes. Nothing Bunt Cakes doesn't charge an expedite fee so I feel like I got a little extra for my dollars.

I ended up going in the afternoon to look at what kinds of sweet treats they had to offer. I went with an Ube and Tiramasu Slices for myself -- they were good. The cake is light and the frosting is creamy and rich tasting without being heavy! Workers were helpful and patient with me trying to decide which cake to get.

We have family with special dietary needs, and I was drawn to this bakery by all the options listed on its website, and by all the excellent reviews I had seen here on yelp. For the first occasion, it was my mom's 80th birthday. I ordered a 10 inch round cake...sugar free marble with non-dairy whipped topping to fill and frost. The cake was excellent! You could not tell the cake was sugar free...no after taste; the cake was moist and delicious, and got rave reviews from our guests!! The second occasion I ordered 50 cupcakes for my sons Air Force Send Off party. I ordered sugar free vanilla, lemonade, peanut butta cup and merry berry strawberry. Once again...rave reviews from our guests. Moist, delicious, awesome flavor, sugar free did not taste sugar free, not did it leave an after taste. And I must give Tiffany kudos for excellent customer service as well. Both of my parties were on Sundays. I said I would pick up my orders on Saturday, but she insisted on everything being fresh, so she was there early on both Sundays so that I could pick up my orders before my parties. Tiffany is sooo awesome, and this place is insanely delicious! The bakery is amazing. I came in on Wednesday afternoon before closing. I wanted a small cake for my 25th birthday party on Friday afternoon but I was told that they are about 2-3 weeks out for getting those types of cakes done. She asked me when my party was so I told her it was on this coming Friday. We decided on a set of 24 cupcakes. These cupcakes I tell you are so delicious. My personal favorite was the salted caramel cupcakes! The frosting was delicious! Not to mention the decorations on the topping of these cupcakes were cool. Tiffanie is truly the best! About a decade ago, she took my idea for my brother's 23rd birthday and turned it into the coolest custom cupcakes featuring Air Jordans 1-23. They were such a hit and showed how creative and talented she is. Fast forward 10 years later, and she's still the same sweetheart who shows so much kindness and grace. We all know dealing with customers isn't always easy, but Tiffanie handles everything with such professionalism and care. She's incredibly responsive through text and email, and her customer service is the kind you just don't see very often these days. Called about a couple designs I needed done. Although pricing was good the ability and quality of previous work wasn't worth even that price. Very disappointed in the knowledge of the helper everything needed to be confirmed which made the transaction very difficult. The design requested couldn't fully be done by they did have options. I went home with their Best Selling Award Winning Ube White Chocolate Blondie. I've been hooked ever since. Did you know that she also makes custom cakes? No? Well now you do! Nika is an absolute sweetheart! I was so nervous to reach out to her on IG for my daughter's birthday cake. I had spoken to her on IG here and there before asking and was pleasantly surprised that she's the type of small business to engage with her followers. It made it a lot easier for me to ask if she would do me the honor of making my daughters 1st professionally made themed birthday cake for her 3rd birthday. Of course she agreed and she was so wonderful during the whole process of listening to what I had envisioned for the design, whilst also giving me great ideas and even had her friend also make a beautiful cake topper for it. I went for a classic chocolate cake with a swiss meringue butter cream and it was a hit at my daughter's party!
