However, based on my most recent experience, I will no longer do so. My F-250 was brought in for a backup camera recall, and the installer's initial comment was, "Hopefully the fourth time's a charm; I broke the last three." Although the camera functioned after the repair, the guidelines and zoom feature no longer worked. I was then informed that it would cost at least $180 to diagnose the issue, with additional repair costs possible depending on mileage. I am extremely disappointed that Alpha One Ford would expect me to pay to diagnose and potentially repair a problem that occurred immediately after their recall service.

I called De-Zee's and explained the situation. They were professional and allowed us to drop the car at their place after hours. The next morning at 10am they called with diagnosis. Unfortunately it was the transmission and I had it towed to a transmission place. I was able to pay the reasonable diagnostic fee over the phone and have a tow truck driver pick it up from there. I was heading home in about 20 minutes from the time I placed that first call and talked to James, he called back and had someone on there way. Air was getting in the fuel lines, Cody did his magic and the truck fired right up. He then explained to me what was happening and showed me what to do if it happened again before I made it home since they would have to order the parts and I don't live in LaGrange. Today, I'll drive the hour and a half to Houston/Katy rather than let this group of hacks anywhere near my cars. The "people" are gone, replaced by corporate directed "voiceboxes" posing as people. Everything is AI driven for profit, ignoring the human price extracted from the employees and customers. Human relationships are set aside, relying on misinformation instead of corporate responsibility. I went because I trusted the staff to care, I left because they don't anymore.
