I'm NOT from California despite what this website states. LOL
If I could give 0 stars, I would!
I scheduled an appointment a week out. Fine, I understand being busy. Been there, done that. I took the entire day off to be home for the repair and specifically requested a 30-minute call before arrival so I wouldn't be in the middle of a client meeting when the technician showed up.
No call.
By 11:30 a.m., my husband called for an update and was assured someone would call before coming and that the technician would be there today.
After 3:00 p.m., I called again. The receptionist told me the repairman had tried calling, couldn't reach us, then came to my house and no one was home.
Nice try! LOL.
Here's the problem:
#1: I've been home ALL DAY.
#2: I have a doorbell. It was never pushed.
#3: I have a dog who would have barked like the world was ending if someone came down my driveway.
#4: I have THREE cameras that would have been triggered if someone pulled into my driveway and walked to my front door. Not one of them was triggered. A CAT will set off all three cameras, so unless your repairman is an inch tall, he did NOT come to my house.
Being busy? I understand.
Running behind? I understand.
Having to reschedule? Annoying, but I understand.
Lying to me about coming to my house? Absolutely not!
I called another repair shop, and they will be here tomorrow.
My husband tried calling this company back shortly after 4:00 p.m. to tell them not to bother coming, but no one answered and the phone wouldn't go to voicemail. I tried again at 4:45 p.m. out of courtesy and got the same result.
At this point, I've made more effort to be courteous to them than they have to us. If they show up now, they will be turned away.
I will not call this company again, even if they were the only repair shop available to work on my washer. I'll go into debt and buy a new washer after I do my best to fix it my dang self! read more
