When I called the Corona branch to have the hard inquiry removed, the customer service was awful. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and clearly stressed. Liz, the representative I spoke with, refused to remove the inquiry and instead gave me a run-around with an 888 number. It's obvious that their business model is designed to waste customers' time and make them give up. I informed her that I would be filing a complaint with the FTC and the CFPB, and she seemed completely unconcerned, which shows their lack of accountability. They do not care about their customers or the consequences of their unethical business activities. I do not recommend this business. They use false advertising to bait customers, and their customer service is a joke. If you have been treated similarly, I urge you to file a complaint with the FTC and CFPB to hold them accountable.

She mentioned in my last email " Yes, Chris knows you are expecting a call" guess what? He never called me back!!! Chris said he will contact his lawyer associate and stated " I will call you back and give you an update" guess what? He never called back.
