Not Good. they failed to disclose catastrophic damage on their 90$ inspection. advised me to take a loan out for a 900$ brake job on a vehicle that was unfixable and mechanically totaled. thanks guys. Kevin the GM told me they would not refund the brake job. He left me in the dark for 3 weeks then said they were not liable... I hope the owner of this business knows what a piece of work little Kevin is... time to remove the cross from your logo if your going to defraud people who are poor... I would really like to support this garage but they are the most unresponsive, unprofessional and unreliable shop I have ever worked with. Two appointments made, one they ordered the wrong parts. I made an appointment for the next Friday when they finally told me they couldn't fix my truck. Showed up for my appointment couldn't find me in the system. They said I had hung up on employees. That never happened and it's just an absolute fabrication. I recommend using a different shop. read more

I came in a couple of days ago to get all four tires changed, I came in with my own tires. They were 16 .5s. they grabbed the tires out of the back of my car and didn't say anything about the tires then. Mind you I came in around 12. I waited almost 6 hours just for them to tell me that they couldn't put the tires on because they were damaged and one of them was a different size (15s) Obviously, I made a really big deal out of it because they didn't mention anything about the tire sizes when they first grab them. it it got to the point where they said that police were going to be called because I figured out they swapped one of my tires. They didn't believe me they even said hey, you can go back on the cameras you're lying just kept saying I was a liar. Let alone here to find out that they did swap out my tire. How I figured out is because they called me back saying it was a misunderstanding and that I should come back mind you they use the tires that they said were damaged and I couldn't use on the road because they were gonna pop right away. Considering all of the stuff I went through they gave it to me for free, but still I shouldn't have to be looked at as a crazy person because someone swapped out my tire. Do not recommend coming to this business for anything I mentioned something about a front and alignment at a different place and he said well if you're not doing it here just change your tires in front and alignment there as well. They don't seem too happy about other companies being better than them. So please when I tell you don't bring your car to fix it forward just don't. There is a big chance that they will lie to you and swap something right in front of your face. read more

If I could give them no stars I would. 501c3 ministries slush fund for fake Christian mechanics. My parents came from KY to fargo for a visit. They had problems and needed to be towed to a shop. We decided fix it forward because we liked the name then saw a "ministries" sign and were intrigued. 22k for a new engine with no proper diagnosis or cause. I myself a mechanic of 20 years was shocked and quite frankly disappointed. We then tried to find a way to get it towed away for obvious reasons and they were overly disrespectful not only to us but to my family who just got here from KY after the Mayfield tornado. They don't care and will take you for a ride. A gentleman on FB gave a really honest review and got taken for a ride too. I would write more but do not want to waste anymore time on these fakers.
