Been here a few times and always been satisfied with the work done and prices. The star of the show is their clerk who handles the crew and is very friendly and empathetic to customers. She is the best and puts Eddies above the rest. If you want good quick work done, come here. I've done patches, rotations, new tires, for all my cars even EV. read more

Service done : Tire Repair To the sweet lady in front & the two gentlemen for being welcoming . Thank yall, & thanks to Mr. Alvarado for patching my flat for 30 bucks. Mind you that depends on the complexed damages I came with. The wait was nearly 10 mins because of the type of service. I went right when they opened so it wasn't too busy! The service here is recommended (: read more

I had a flat and went in requesting a used tire. As they were changing my tire, the mechanic and receptionist informed me that that my tire is actually better than the replacement they had and that they can just patch it for me instead. I appreciated the integrity and the recommendation. Definitely would come back and recommend to others. read more

Great guys, stopped by to get my tires inspected since im going on a long trip and turned out i needed all four tires. They gave me a reasonable price and i couldnt be any happier with my purchase and safety. Thank you Mariano and staff. i will definitely be back! read more

Exceptional service and care. They are reasonable and honest. I had 2 flats within 30 min of each other. I went to purchase 4 and they don't me I did not need 4 and would replace and rotate the new tires to the front. They could have sold me all 4 with no problem but value the trust the build with customers over a quick buck. The pricing is fair but to me the staff is wast makes this place a local gem read more

This place is not messing around ...Natalie was amazing!!! she greeted me with a big smile, listened to what I needed, and took care of everything super quickly! I had to replace two tires, and I was so happy to get the same Firestone tires my car originally had. Even though they were busy, I was in and out in under two hours! Plus, the prices were totally fair and even a little cheaper than I expected. I'll definitely be back for my oil change and any other maintenance I need. If you're looking for great service and friendly people, you've got to check this place out! You won't regret it! read more

I just got my oil changed and omfg it was such a reasonable price (screw PEP BOYS I'll never go back) and they're honest with their pricing and service which is a hard to find nowadays. I'm def a loyal customer moving forward because this is my second time (I went there a few months ago when I thought I had something lodged in my tire and they checked it for free) going to them and they've never taken advantage of me, and I 100% appreciate it! Plus, they're super quick because my oil change was done in a jiffy. Plus, they're all so super nice there, friendly, accommodating. Overall, this is one of the best experiences with an auto place I've ever had!!! I'm very happy atm lol. read more

I've been coming here for years. Customer service (Natalie) is amazing. The installers are friendly and professional.

My car dealership told me that my flat tire needed to be replaced due to the location of a nail. The dealership quoted me $250 for a new tire. I left and went to Eddie's and they showed me how the super small nail could be easily patched. They fixed my tire for $20 in 20 minutes. I've had no issues with the tire at all. Thanks for saving me money! read more

I came here for the first time since it's just down the street from one of my best friend's house because my tire sensor light was on. I had all the tires checked out and said it just needed air because of change of weather. These guys are honest and they're the best! I highly recommend them for any car problems (not body work tho). You won't be disappointed! Thank you! Ask for Brenny! You guys rock! read more

Somehow my review was updated (and not by me) to where it was completely omitted that when I had 4 new tires installed, one tire was the incorrect size which was causing my TPMS issue. This was found not by Eddies, but Costco tires. When I went back to Eddies, they said it wasn't their fault and that they would not correct it. Serves me right and lesson learned, going to a discount tire center rather than a reputable shop is definitely a mistake. read more

Have to give a sincere thanks to Eddie's tire world. In this economy, they were able to replace all 4 tires for a very reasonable price. My family and I have been going there for many years. Great quality and service. read more

Great service! Honest evaluation of what needs to be done and no overpricing! I have been coming here for several years now!

Hello, I am a customer of E TC Eddie tire city and I am so pleased of the care and attention that they showed me in a time of need where I was running low on funds and scared that someone would overcharge me and once I pull up, it was a beautiful well kept business And I can feel the care and concern and they immediately took me in and gave me coffee. snacks whatever I needed it and they also gave me one of the best deals that I can ever imagine. I knew then that I was in the right place. Everything is so comfortable and beautiful here and They were really fast and efficient. I couldn't believe the deal that they gave me and at the time I had terrible tires that was not safe. They blessed me by giving me a deal for four tires didn't no one would believe I am so happy and pleased. It's a family own business and I referred to anyone. Just came back from Eddies Tire City in Bellflower. They replaced all 4 tires on my car and even kept the best one for the spare. They did really quick service and I got a great price. As always I would recommend them for your tire needs. Very friendly business. read more

Had a flat tire the other week so I got it replaced here. My dash display for my car wasn't working at the time so I got it fixed and found out that one of my tires is deflated so I looked at all my tires to find it was the one they replaced. I called to tell them my tire is deflated and the guy that picked up said with an attitude that the deflated tire was essentially my fault, that it's got to be a nail and it'll cost more money to fix. I'm at another tire shop and the worker here didn't find a nail and that they just didn't inflate my tires properly. read more

I bought four tires a few months ago, My prices were good, My Service was Outstanding !!! The man that I talked with in the office was very knowledgeable and educated me on the tires I bought and why they were a very good tire in there price range. I already knew what tire I wanted but he reaffirmed why it was a good choice for the type of driving I do. The two guys that changed the tires were Awesome!!! They worked to get me out and They CLEANED my wheels and my car Looked Much Better leaving. I was Impressed. From now on I am gonna be a regular customer. Thanks to everyone that made my purchase and wait well worth it !! read more

Came in to get a patch on my son's tire. They took care of it right away. They have kind people working here. Thank you!

If I could give 0 starts I would. I thought this place was good but my second experience made me reconsider. I took my car in on Thursday for a tire rotation, patch on one tire and to get balanced. They told me it would be two hours because some one was in front of me. They called me in one hour and told me my car was ready. When I get there they told me my car didn't need to be balanced. They also said my tires were all really low on pressure and they filled my tires up. (Which was weird to me because I had just filled all my tires last week) I was also told that no patch was needed for the tire. When I drove on the freeway that same day my car was shaking as if I was on a bumpy road and I wasn't. I had to ask for a ride for my daughter surgery the next day because I knew something was off with my tires and didn't want to risk it. I took my tires to American Tire on Saturday. Thankfully they were able to tell me why my car wasn't driving normal. They said my tires were over inflated. They said my two front wheels were off balance. They also said that they were able to patch the tire I was originally concerned about. The fact that my daughter and my life were at risk because this tire place didn't want to do their jobs properly. I'm livid. This is not okay to be playing with people's lives. I'm glad I followed my first mind and didn't drive my daughter and I to surgery that day because something terrible could have happened if I didn't get them looked at by another tire shop. Do what you want at your own risk but don't say I didn't warn you. read more

For anyone who appreciates even an ounce of satisfactory customer service and appreciates not being spoken to like a child, avoid this place. I came here based on reviews and was surprised by how off those reviews were. It's been a while since someone pointed at me and belittled me only by asking a simple mechanical-related question. I was very cordial when I spoke to the man and got a very aggressive response both verbally and physically. I couldn't have left the shop any faster. (Visited 12/29/23) read more

Tire pressure sensor was working when I had an alignment then it wasn't after, when I questioned why I was told to drive, I drove for a couple weeks and it still didn't work. I came back to question the issue and I was treated poorly, the person was aggressive and tried to turn things back on me, told me my bad day wasn't his problem, ummm, I had a great day until I crossed paths with him. I've been a long time customer and because of him I will NEVER return. I actually had to ask if I could leave because he was blocking me from my car door. This was not just bad customer service, it was rude and aggressive behavior that nobody should experience. He also claimed to call management and they would contact me, right, lol, Oh, he also told me that he could see the sensor on one of my tires was newer, how could he see if the sensor when the tire hadn't been removed? Long story short, stay away because they lie I have more ... read more

Everyone there are great and friendly. Me and my husband have been going there many, many years. Always did a good job on our cars. But you need to change the time you open on Yelp. They did a lift on my truck, changed out wheels and tires and it ultimately worked out great. Just don't be in a hurry for anything. I am working from home, so I had to drop off the vehicle. Apparently I was not a high priority. If you stay there and wait, I'm sure you get your vehicle attended to quicker, which I understand but an entire day or 2 extra seems a bit much. They do good work, are close to me and the price was fair, so I'll go back for sure. read more

These guys are always fast. Brought my truck there. My rzr there. And will bring what ever vehicle I have there in the future.

We were leaving for a family road trip Saturday (7/20) and noticed our tire pressure was down after we had just filled it...I saw they opened at 8:00am and they were not only punctual but repaired my tire in 15 minutes (there was a nail in it) for only $15!!! I came here first thing in the morning to have 5 wheels de-mounted from the tires. Upon arrival they weren't busy as they just opened up, but i was told to leave my wheels and come back in an hour. I only live 2 blocks away so that's what I did. An hour later I come back to pick up my wheels and found fresh new scratches on them (see photos). I brought this up to the tech and he responded that they were already there. I then showed the tech photos of the wheels prior to me bringing them in and then the service manager came. We argued back and forth, but I had full proof of the condition of the wheels. Yet he continued to argue and said they came like that and they're curb marks; again I showed proof of the wheels prior to coming here and then the service manager gave in and didnt charge me $30 to de-mount and apologized. IM NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN and if you choose to, I guess it's best if you wait there and watch what the techs are doing. read more
