I have never felt as swindled in my life as I felt with my experience with this company. My experience dates back a few years but after the sour experience I had, I expected several bad reviews. I was rear ended at a stoplight. My insurance and the at fault driver's insurance both recommended Dally's as a STAR rated company. Not at fault, not worrying about price, that was good enough for me. They had me bring in my car that afternoon to assess if it was safe to drive. They looked at the damage and did a test drive. It drove fine, and since they had to order parts, they set my appointment just over a week out. It drove fine during that week without problems though the trunk was mangled beyond use. It took over a month to repair. The insurance company almost wouldn't cover the last week of car rental fees but All State stepped up all the same. Finally after one wrong part order and weeks of waiting I was able to pick up my car. I was appalled by white dusty trails coming out of every vent! Seriously? What did they do to my car? I also found the paint job did not look right. They said it would blend after washing but I had to wait a certain period of days. Nope, years later you can still see streaks. Why didn't I have it fixed? I did not make it two blocks before my car started jerking and sputtering, I took it straight back where they did a test drive and told me it was the transmission. They had it taken to Gateway Transmission who said it was wear and tear not from the accident. My car ran fine before and after the accident but when I picked it up from Dally's I couldn't drive it two blocks. I wasn't given a choice of transmission repair company's, Dally's chose Gateway. I felt completely swindled and even seriously considered whether or not it was even my transmission in the car or if it was collusion with Gateway Transmission. My car ran smoother during the week it was damaged than it did after the transmission was replaced and a subsequent readjustment, but that is for another review. Outside a few attempts to get them to get their input for the insurance claim, that my car ran good enough for them to advise me to drive it for another week, which they would not even do!!! I was too upset to worry about a botched paint job. I was sick to my stomach with their treatment of me and my car. I gave a bad review to the insurance company and advise anyone who wants my opinion to go elsewhere and even if it isn't on your dime, do some research, ask around. I have talked to other dissatisfied people that could have made a difference in my selection. I let myself suffer the dissatisfaction in fear, but I could not live with that gutless reaction if I didn't share my experience to save anyone else that kind of situation. In fairness, I do not see any other reviews as bad as mine, but even thinking about my experience all this time later fires me up. Take away the transmission drama, my vents were an appalling mess and the paint was not a good match and left streaks. On the other side, the trunk does not leak, and boy did it take a pounding! read more

Dally's I just can't say enough good about this company. When I was rear ended my car sustained over $5000 worth of damages. But the first thing I was ask was if I was personally OK. The car repairs are awsome. Unless you knew the car was damaged prior you would never know it now. Dally's kept me informed of the progress along the way and with any changes in repair. they even finished a day ahead of schedule. The car was also very clean when it was returned, washed,vacuumed and windows done. The lifetime warranty offered is an added bonus. The even have Hertz rental right there in the office which was very convenient. Very nice that I wasnt the one having to call them for updates!! Rate Dally's high from the first contact to the last. Friendly and thorough job of determining the estimate - they took pictures and made copious notes. Received estimate via email the next day and they were able to get me in at their next opening. Also liked that they gave me options for the repair - which included the choice of having the paint touched up or completely sprayed. Allowing me these options kept the cost down. The car was repaired promptly AND they washed it and vac'd it too! It was a pleasure to pick it up repaired and clean. I had kind of a unique experience with Dalley's auto body. I had someone back into my motorcycle damaging the front fender. Understanding that the bike is 18 years old, and most parts you can still get are all aftermarket. With some parts like a fender are simply not available. So Dalley's had to repair the existing fender. I wanted to keep the bike in as original condition as possible. I wasn't sure what to expect, because of the age, as well as parts availability, and matching the paint to the rest of the bike, noting that the original paint was a high quality clear coat. It took a little over a week to do the repairs, but when I picked it up I was very satisfied with the work, looking at the bike you would never know it was ever hit. read more
