Not happy at all... DO NOT HIRE. Adam does not know how to fix gates, he will just tell you it is broken 100% of the time, then sub contract another company to put a new motor. They install the cheapest motors, at premium prices. For me, he even ended up taking the controls to it. When I asked him to bring me the remotes back, he said he would do so, only if I write a good review. I wish I would have never hired. The reason theres so many good reviews, it that once he gets you in a bad spot, he tells you he will fix if "for free" if you give a good review. Not good customer service, the guy is a menace to society. Assume all these are fake good reviews by people he put in a bad situation. ******** Update, just got a call from him saying he was going to sue me for writing a bad review... read more

Spoke to 5 star they were suppose to come to my house yesterday. The man called to cxl at 6 pm to say he was running late and would need to reschedule to today. Today got here and I called the gentleman again said oh the service man never went ill call u back. Never did . I called three times the man never answered Not the kind of company I want to do business with. I suggest no one to 5 star. Lack of customer service. Waste of time The gentleman called back today to apologize and to say his technician had an accident. Everyone can have a problem I understand but you don't leave your customer hanging w out calling back. For these reasons I gave this business a 2 stars read more

This a not a place that I would choose to do business with. I received a really fast response to set up a time to meet and discuss my needs. Since he was the first to call after I made my service request, I gave him the first opportunity to present himself and his business to me. However, 15 minutes after he was supposed to arrive, I texted to find out what time he would be coming. I was told that they were running late, but they would definitely be there that night...That was the last I heard from him until the next morning when I received a text saying, "my family surprise me they come from Israel." I'm sorry, but that is NOT how to do business. I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Awesome Work! Everything was done as promised. We had issues with an older gate, fence and opener and made the decision to replace it all. The crew arrived in about one week and installed the new fence and gate. They were back on Tuesday to install the opener. Overall good experience and I would use them again. read more

Repairman was able to reschedule the original date and time as he was not able to make it. He was on time today. I was concerned at the beginning because the repairman was having difficulty getting some of the parts needed for the repair. However at the end the installation looks good and the new machine is working as intended. I little pricy for the equipment. read more

Update. NOT RECOMMENDED. Gave lots of money for a garage door opener that was to be wifi connected. Instead got a cheap piece of crap that has less functions than my 8 year old opener. He promised to come for more than 2 weeks. Still has not come. Very very surprised. Still have not heard back: read more

These guys are the real deal. I posted a job opportunity on a Saturday night. Adam called a few minutes later and provided with a few options to install 2 motors for my new fence. He stopped by Sunday morning and worked a solution for us because we were on a budget. His job was completed in less than 72 hours as promised. You can tell by looking at the product and the work he had to do around the fence for the installation, that this company has experience in the field and understand what great customer service is all about. Throughout the project Adam kept me informed with regular text message updates. I would recommend this company to anybody. read more

We needed to replace our garage door. After numerous estimates, they gave us the best price. They did a great job. We would highly recommended them! read more

Do not use this company!!! We called on Saturday for someone to come out and repair the weather stripping on the garage. They said they would come out between 1-3 but then called to say they would have to move it to 6-8. They called back at 6:30 to say they couldn't come and would come Sunday between 10-1. Well, they called again and said they couldn't make it and needed to come between 6-8. They later called at 7pm to cancel our service call before pledging to come out Monday at 8am. They arrived Monday morning and disengaged the garage motor function along the tract and recommended a number of other services, which we declined. As a parting gift, the technician refused to replace the weather stripping around the garage and failed to re-engage the auto raise function. Further, the tech said he'd only return if we pledged to authorize the additional services and now my 71 yr-old mother can't access the garage with her remote. Not sure if it's company policy to leave seniors without access to their garages to force sales upon vulnerable women, but if so, it sounds like a lousy business model. 5 Star turned out to be quite a misnomer. read more

Very thoroughly pleased with Adam's service. He was punctual, actually arrived a few minutes early. Communication was effective through text. He was efficient and knowledgeable about the job at hand. He was able to immediately diagnose the problem and work towards fixing it. No complaints. 5 year warranty is a plus. Also get a discount if you say you used Yelp. Thanks again! read more

I do not recommend them. The 1st time they came, I thought they fixed the problem but the next day my garage door was not good. (BTW: The price was so expensive, be careful people!!!) I waited a few days, but my garage door broke again. I called them, and they made an appointment for the next day between 9am - 11am. I sent my address by text and asked them to confirmed, and they did. The next day, at 10am, I texted asking if they were coming. I did not hear from them and at 12pm I started to call the numbers that I had. The cell phone was "Out of Service" and the office number, I was getting the Voice Message. After almost 1h, someone from the office called me and said, the guy that was suppose to come was not working that day and he disconnect his phone and they will send me another guy between 1pm - 3pm. The other guy arrived at 2:40pm and confirmed that the 1st guy (who came few days early) did not do a perfect job, this is the reason my garage door broke down again. At the end, he asked how much I was supposed to pay him, and I said nothing, because the guy from the office said he will fix it for free. He called the guy from the office and he said I had to pay $20.00 for the visit. Sorry!! I did not pay!!! read more
