Denice E.

Kind service, quick service, friendly and better value than our insurance roadside assistance. Will recommend this company to everyone.

The crew at Five Star Towing are fantastic. Kept in contact with me from initial dispatch until they were just down the road, trying to find me in the desert. Got me out in a hurry - professionally and creatively. Good folk.

5 Stars - These guys saved me!…read more Big shoutout to JC Tires 24/7! I blew a tire late at night on the I-10 heading toward Tucson -- middle of nowhere, pitch black, and not another soul around. I honestly didn't know what I was gonna do. Called JC Tires and they came through big time. They showed up fast, were super friendly, and had my truck back on the road in no time. Can't even explain the relief I felt seeing those headlights pull up. Totally professional, and you can tell they really care. If you ever get stuck out there, these are the folks you want to call. Absolute lifesavers.

I hired JC Mobile tire to replace the tire and get me back on the road. It was the middle of the night, JC installed the tire and I was back on the road within a few hours. He charged me $680, which was more than double his two competitors but JC Mobile tire arrived first. In the morning, I got a good look at the tire and noticed something strange. This tire looked old and worn out, so I investigated a little further. I took photos and discovered this tire was over six years old and had signs of dry rotting on the side walls. My truck weighs 12,000 pounds and it was loaded down with tools and equipment, this is a dangerous situation driving on a dry rotted tire. I called to complain, I sent photos of the date stamped on the tire and the dry rot as proof. Mobile tire refused to take responsibility and refuse to return my money. JC Mobile tire since I paid in full for the service, therefore I was considered a satisfied customer, therefore there's no refund. I filed a complaint with a Better Business Bureau, I filed a complaint with the attorney general, and I am still seeking a full refund of my money. I was forced to remove the tire and replace it since it was unsafe for the road. JC Mobile tire has refused to respond to my demand for a refund.

We were extremely shaken up after; our truck was knocked onto the passenger side, there was glass everywhere, people surrounded us--it was a very chaotic scene. I assume the police called this company--we certainly didn't. All of this is to say: any tow company that shows up to a scene like that, that quickly, and has you initial paperwork less than an hour after you've nearly lost your life--paperwork that apparently tells you how much they're charging you for towing and storing your completely useless vehicle--well, that company doesn't have your best interests at heart. Capitalism at its finest. HOWEVER, the guy who picked up and dropped off our truck today, Michael, was incredibly kind. Asked me how we were doing, and sympathized when I told him we were likely going to struggle to get the concrete company to do the right thing. Some people are still human, even in a world that rarely values humanity for humanity's (and not profits') sake.

I paid 1000 to buy the damn bike in the first place! They showed me the bike to see if I wanted to take it back and they left it rotting in the elements to where it would not start anymore! I just decided to let them keep it when I was told I WOULD HAVE TO PAY 500 DOLLARS just to let them keep it because of storage fees or some crap, in a lot that was more than half barren, or else I would not be able to register any other vehicles under my name! The staff was extremely unsympathetic and calling this a place run by vultures would be an understatement
