The move out process was easy and they give you a 4 day grace period if your move out coincides with your monthly renewal date, so you have a good amount of time should you need it before getting charged. They did accidentally charge me after I moved out but a quick phone call got me a nice apology and my money refunded ASAP. Not a huge problem. Prices were on par with other storage areas I've used as well. Units fill up quickly in the spring as students get storage units for their things for the summer so I'd recommend getting a space in the winter or fall just in case. Pretty good across the board!

They literally forced someone to wait outside in the cold for 6 hours, always saying "15 more minutes and a driver will show up!" It's so unprofessional to have multiple names for the same business, NOT have a website, NOT accept credit card payments, lie ("15 more minutes" turns into 6 hours of waiting outside, refuse to answer questions AND rudely bring up the fact that it's cold outside (don't customer service reps sit inside)? This isn't even a business. Y'all need to stop leaving negative reviews and instead contact IRS about the company potentially not paying taxes and potentially committing tax fraud. They don't have customers, leaving a bad review won't help. As compared to the other similar option nearby, I found Affordable Storage to be much cleaner, the units easier to access, and less in/out traffic, which made me feel more secure about where I would be leaving my belongings. There are a variety of bins and carts available for you to use when shuttling items between your vehicle and storage unit, which I have found very useful. The only drawback is the hours, which are pretty limited; especially on Sundays, when you can only access your unit for three short hours. Having said that, you just need to plan accordingly.
