Security is minimal, and communication became a real issue at move-out. I provided proper notice, cleaned out both units (with photo proof as requested), and was told I'd receive my deposits once verified. After multiple follow-ups, I only received half the refund. When I tried to reach out for the remaining $40, I was ignored, blocked, and later accused of trying to "scam" them. I even spoke with the same individual by phone who admitted they'd send a check, which never arrived. For a business that advertises itself as veteran owned, this experience was disappointing. Transparency and accountability should come standard. Hopefully this helps others go in with eyes open. For anyone else like me, who PCS'd and saw this storage unit as conveniently located to the base, it's not worth the hassle at the end.

Owner said it was an unusual year. I wish they would do partial rent. We closed on a new house and I tried to pay for just a week but they said no. Though, Trevor made us feel very welcomed and did everything he could possibly do to move us into a unit on the weekend. I required extra help moving a few heavy items from my truck into the unit. Trevor enlisted Mike (one of his men) - a professional mover - who helped clear out the truck and proceeded to professionally stack and organize our belongings. Excellent work, guys!!! 10/10
