Terrible. Automated phone service is very poor. Takes forever to get anything done. I wanted to…read morecancel my service. It took me 47 minutes and 5 people had to take to me to cancel. Then they said it can not be canceled for another 30 days. What! Then they said I have to send an email verification that I want to cancel my service! What! Why? Are you nuts! I should have a refund as I paid country wide 1 month in advance. However I can not even talk to country wide as they sold my contract to Waste management and trying to terminate this contract is driving me over the edge. It should be a 2 minute phone call done get my refund. But no 5 people later and 47 minutes then I find out I need to do this via email. What???
