Reliable, clear communication, quality work. I used them for my business for years and couldn't recommend them higher!

When I was working for a small business, I really needed help with my boss's books. Boy, did I have a lot of questions! Artin not only helped me with those questions, but also he helped me reorganize the books and catch up with all of my reconciliations. At first, my boss didn't want to put his business in the hands of a stranger, but Artin put him at ease with his professional and friendly manner. We use a little known bookkeeping Mac program to keep our books and Artin was able to adapt to what my boss wanted and help get the small company in order. D-vision was definitely money well spent! read more

I started working with Artin last month after finally procrastinating as long as I possibly could on paperwork. I know HOW to do my bookkeeping... but that doesn't mean it's something I actually do it in a timely manner. I realized that I was at that familiar phase of business growth where I simply didn't have enough time in the day to get everything done. It was time to hand things over to the experts...enter Artin! I basically needed to do an entire year of order entry to prepare for tax season as well as calculate and file current sales tax remissions and Artin got it all done in record time, as well as streamlining the whole process so the coming year will go even more smoothly. Setup was easy and Artin is on top of all current technology, and was familiar with all the facets of running an online business with multiple payment streams. He explained every step to me and his prices are fair. He keeps his promises and is readily available to answer questions by text, email or phone. A weight has been lifted off my shoulders and I now have more time/energy to focus on the creative part of my business. I should have done this years ago! read more

As a small business owner, I don't have time to grow my business and handle my bookkeeping as well. D-Vision has taken all of that burden off my desk. They have been taking care of all of my Quick Books files and all of my Payroll processing remotely for the last three years. I don't need to hire an internal employee to do it which saves me so much money. My accounts have never been so well kept and tax season was a breeze. I especially like the flat rate billing system so I never get a surprise bill or amount. Same bill every month without question. The customer care and attention to detail what impresses me the most. I never have trouble getting an answer to a question. It really shows how much they care about the customer. Refreshing in a time where customers service is hard to find. read more

D-Vision was able to get me financials in order and ready for my CPA. I had to do very little and everything went so smoothly. They were able to set up my new QuickBooks Online account and get everything functioning specifically for my business. All the work was done remotely so I didn't even have to hire an internal employee to get things to where I needed. This is the perfect way to get the things I hate doing to a trained professional and at the same time, free up at least ten hours a month for me to be able to work for my clients. I get to save time and the avoid the tedious work that is required to run my business. I love being able to call them with questions and D-Vision even takes the time to teach me how to navigate my account from home. Now I can see exactly how things are going in my business. D-Vision Inc is very responsive and for the price, I can't go wrong. read more

Artin took over my bookkeeping after I had a horrendous experience last year trying someone new. He's gotten me back on track and up to date with 2018 and has all of my 2017 done correctly. I own and run three businesses, soon to be four and I can't even begin to articulate how much peace of mind he's given me with his services. I feel his pricing is extremely reasonable for the quality of service he provides which is worth its weight in gold. He is extremely responsive to my questions and concerns and communications are always returned promptly. I can't say enough good things. Highly recommended. read more

Art has been a very strong resource and asset as my bookkeeper for the last several years. As a self employed person, he literally does everything A to Z in making sure my monthly expenses are properly categorized and accounted for. At the end of the year, he works with my CPA hand in hand to get them all the reports, expenses and account information needed so that my CPA doesnt have to ask or need anything from me. It is so streamless that I dont know how I did it before meeting Art! I highly recommend him because he is thorough, experienced, great personality and a problem solver. He is proactive instead of reactive which saves you HOURS of time monthly and during tax season. He is worth every penny in time saved and headache spared. He should be a must have to ANY person who wants to avoid searching and researching for receipts, accounts and other items during tax season. I HIGHLY recommend and endorse him, his work and his fair fees. read more
