We were told that they need to change pipes that were broken under the floors. We were told that they would have to break up parts of floors in certain parts of the house and concrete those places back. We were told that they would start on Saturday and everything would be finished by Monday night. Saturday and Sunday no work was done. Monday the CEO kept changing the date of when they would be finished. We could never get a timeline. We have been out of house for a whole week and they are still not finished with our house. It is the following week. They are very unprofessional. They ate food and left trash in our house. Never empty the trash. Left materials and trash all over the front yard, which a trailer was put in the driveway for that purpose. They left huge mess everywhere. Gavin and the whole management team are such liars.
