What an awesome store! Their selection is out of this world! I have never seen so much variety in a small liquor store. Its super clean and well stocked, lots of wines that are hard to find in other stores. Customer service was excellent. Close to the strip, but the prices are not too steep, very reasonable. read more

This place is a total scam. We hired a car service to pick us up from the airport. They offered to take us to a liquor store to stock up before heading to our hotel on the strip. EVERYTHING was three times the normal price! When I said this out loud, the woman at the counter said "This is Vegas! Wait til you get to the strip". Well we got to the strip and there was a Walgreens right next to the Venetian that had regular prices that lined up with what I'm used to. After further investigation we discovered that the car service company makes a commission on everyone they bring to Five Star Liquor. read more

Please don't come here. There was a guy working on 9/4/26 around 11pm. We came in as a group of 7 because we were all gonna buy our individual drinks/bottles easily about to spend over $400. Homeboy got mad because we "over stimulated him comings in as a big group." And saying he was gonna have to ask use to leave because we were laughing and being too loud. Then after that we asked we would be quick and he didn't care. read more

Since there were several of us flying in and taking transportation to the store and then to the hotel, I had planned on spending several hundred dollars and requested that they box everything up for us like almost all other stores do - most have an online site as well - but they declined offering that service. We're going somewhere that does offer it. read more

Unreasonable prices and insane 20% credit card fee. Go somewhere else if you can. Just came here for water

Customer service is non-existent; we weren't greeted when we walked in, or asked if we needed help. The prices here are RIDICULOUS. SO expensive! At least the store was clean and quiet. Quiet probably because their prices are astronomical! read more

After landing in Vegas, we thought we'd stop here to get alcohol for the hotel room. We ended up leaving with only a few things, because everything was incredibly expensive. I'm talking at least twice the price you'd normally pay. This is a huge place, so I'm pretty sure it will have whatever you are looking for. However, whether you're looking for water, Gatorade, soda, alcohol or snacks, be prepared to be over charged. read more

Five Star Liquor - Pre-Game drinx from Five Star Liq!!! Treasure Island view Rm. 20091 2021Happy New Year yelp fam... - Beer, Wine & Spirits Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Highly don't recommend. While the staff is friendly and the place is clean, this is not where you want to buy anything. Our limo driver pushed for us to go to the store so we said why not out of convenience. $150 later with only a case of beer and a handle of liquor that can be bought for $50 total elsewhere is unfortunate. Definitely don't recommend going here. read more

Don't buy anything from this store! TOTAL RIP OFF!!!! Paid $29.99 for an 18pk of Coors Light! Scam!!! Don't go here! There are two gas stations on each corner go there! DON''T BUY FROM THIS PLACE! read more

Convenient spot to grab drinks and snacks but very expensive... They definitely take advantage of the mostly tourist crowd. You're off-strip but paying strip prices for sure. Staff were friendly enough and all prices were clearly marked. We found everything we were looking for here. read more

PRICE GOUGERS!! GO TO XO LIQUOR NEARBY!!! $6.99 FOR COKE 2 LITER $48 FOR HENNESSY PINT!?!??!?! I got a pint of Jameson, two half pints of Hen Dogg and a two liter at XO liquor for the price of only the pint at this place. Like Adrienne said, FUCK OFF!! (Yes, I realize this is VegaS N ITS NOT CHEAP BLAH BLAH BLAH! Fuck that. Price gouging is illegal in most states I thought...) read more

If I can rate this liquor store to zero stars. I 100% would. If you get an Uber or taxi and they offer you to take you to a liquor store b/c it's "cheaper" don't fall for it. It's a scam. We bought two 750ml bottles of Henessy for $247...these drivers are getting commission. Don't come here and just go to CVS. Save your money! read more

Thankfully this place is 24 hours, guy at the counter is very helpful and willing to go above and beyond for customers

This place is a racketeering scam. If your uber or lyft offers to stop by the store SAY NO. They get a kickback for each person they bring in. I paid $15.99 for a 24 pack of water. I can get that for $5 at the walgreens next to my hotel. Ultimate scan read more

Five Star Liquor - SCAM. RACKETEERED BY UBER AND LYFT DRIVER - Beer, Wine & Spirits Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

Beware of overpricing. Def. cheaper anywhere else. We thought we'd get gouged on Fremont street but our Uber driver said this was the place to go. She also told us they "pay" them a tip if they bring customers too. Paid $66 for Titos. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! read more

Scam!!! My Uber brought me to this place after I got off the plane. I went in and bought 2 30s of Budlight and a Handle of Tito's. The prices were outrageous. $42 for each 30 and $64 for a 1.75!! That's insane, I don't recommend, I won't be going back. Go to a Walgreens or CVS instead and you will save so much money! read more

Scam by rideshare and store. Paid 40% more here then on the strip, store owners assured us the strip would be more expensive. Here is our experience and the trend found: We asked to stop at a low cost liquor store on the way to the Cosmopolitan, the driver took us to a liquor store that was even more expensive then any of the stores on the strip. We were extremely suspicious and wondered if he had/has a business connection with the store owner at the Five Star Liquor store. read more

Five Star Liquor - Beware: Limo, taxi, rideshare driver kickbacks. OVERPRICED BY 40% - Beer, Wine & Spirits Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

This should be called ZERO Star liquor. Terrible customer service. Extremely overpriced and would never step foot in this dirty place ever again. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. Save your money read more

Great store for single barrel store pics. Great staff and always willing to give advice and possibly a tasting of their pics.

STAY AWAY!!!! If Uber or taxi suggest this place tell them to go screw themselves! Complete RIPOFF!! STAY AWAY!! We flew in to Vegas and used Uber to get picked up and taken to hotel. We asked our driver to take us to a Walgreens off the strip and he decided to take us to a liquor store that he insisted was "way cheaper". We went inside and so did the Uber driver which was weird. Didn't think much of it and proceeded to buy the "best deal". We got a big ciroc bottle for $100 and change. He suggested we buy juice and low and behold it was NINE DOLLARS!! We were excited and purchased and didn't think much. Few hours later we started thinking and walked the strip and realized we overpaid quite a bit! Like $40 worth!! I did some research online and found multiple sources pointing how this specific store gives "kickbacks" to the drivers for referring them there. That my friend is not cool. As a matter of fact sounds almost illegal. Reminds me of insurance companies steering customers to eat fixed at their body shops for kickbacks in the back end. NOT LEGAL! I will be filing complaints any way I can because this is bs. Be aware of these scam artist! read more

I'm pretty sure they are running a scam with rides share companies. Our Lyft driver bought us here. Liquor prices are pretty low in NV, and aren't that bad off strip, even if they are close to it. My boyfriend paid $45 for a bottle of Buffalo Trace. He realized that the driver came in with him to text someone what he bought. Everyone has to make a buck in Vegas, I guess! read more

Talk about price gouging! $120 for a bottle of Hennessy!! Insanely expensive, so expensive it's offensive.

I paid over $50 for a 6 pack and a 5th of rum. I'm from out of town so I thought maybe that's the going rate out here but now looking on Yelp at the reviews I see that they just scamming people like me. Alright i learned my lesson. read more

All of the 1-star reviews you read here are true. This liquor store is a HUSTLE JOB between the ride share drivers and the store. My very friendly Uber driver suggested we stop at Five Star on the way to the hotel to purchase less expensive bottled water and beer than they sell on the strip. Felt genuine and thoughtful at the time! When we pulled into the parking lot it was full of Ubers, Lyfts and taxis. My driver then said he'd come inside with me to help me carry the case of water, but really because he needed the cashier, who he knew by name, to make sure he got credit for my ridiculous purchase. $35 for a case of water and 12 Mich Ultras ‍ Lesson learned...please learn from mine! And guess what else...no tip for that Uber driver! read more

Stay Away! Tourist trap! This place has several cameras pointing directly to the parking area where they capture license plates for the various Uber/Lyft/Taxi drivers who bring customers there. The owner most likely gives a kick-back to the drivers who bring innocent and naive customers to this place. Prices are easily 50-75% more than other liquor stores in the area. Go to ABC stores and save some money. read more

Holy cow everything here is overpriced, don't come here unless you tryna throw money away hahaha walked out with a $7 bottle of water I coulda got cheaper at my hotel read more

I wish I would have read the reviews b4 we went here. We asked the limo driver to go to a liquor store on our way to our hotel. Didn't realize that the prices were almost double from other liquor stores in town. read more

Your Uber driver will recommend coming here, they get a cut for every customer. Total scam, over priced 50/60% more expensive

Went into Five Star Liquor and got zero star service. I brought my merchandise to the register and the guy rang me up. Overpriced, but convenient. PROBLEM was he said my debit card didn't go through. He didn't say it was declined, but it just didn't run it. Asked if I had another card to try. Ran my credit card and he said the same thing. I knew he was wrong, so I pulled up my online and there was the charge for $61.95. He tells me it didn't go through his system. I went back the following day and they said they wouldn't refund me. So now 8 days later it never dropped off and I have to dispute it with my bank. I would give them zero stars if possible. read more

I live next door to this place so I occasionally go to this store when I'm super drunk and need something ASAP, or I'm really hungover and need a a juice or soda.... this place is ridiculously over priced, their juices are old and have terrible brands. You'd assume this is a small business, and I normally support small businesses regardless or try to choose them over big corporations, but this place is a chain.... so there's an am/pm 50 yards away, or even a 7-11 right around the corner. Go to those. read more

Don't answer phone and overpriced beyond belief. Go to Lee's if you want fair alcohol pricing.

Uber , Lyft and limo take customers here to get kick back , therefore pricing is the highest in town by far . This should not be allowed! Same 2nd location on paradise as you come threw airport toward Tropicana! read more

scam!! prices are 3 times the airport. paid 60 for something that's 23.00. fk!! it's ok, karma is real.....

WHAT A RIP OFFFF!!! It's better to buy at the airport. Airport prices are double but this place is triple what we normally pay. I wish I could leave a 0 star. Buyers beware. I mean just look at their ratings already. Thieves!!!! read more

RIP-OFF ALERT. READ ALL THE REVIEWS. THEY ARE TRUE. My Uber driver took me here after picking me up at the airport and went in which I thought was weird. No prices on the liquor and no itemized receipt. Found the orange juice I bought was 2 months expired when I got to my hotel. I figure I paid about $100 more than it should have cost even being in Las Vegas. Found the liquor on the strip was pretty close to normal pricing. Karma will happen to these people. read more

Nothing good to say here. The business doesn't have a good selection and is over priced. The staff are useless. They couldn't help me select anything. They don't care or aren't knowledge about the products. I'd go elsewhere. read more

This is a small, overpriced liquor store with convenient hours. Given that it's not on the Strip, they charge maybe 50% more than you'd expect. Even lots of stores on the Strip are cheaper. They charged me a $1 credit card fee. They had no signs that I could see and did not mention the fee. read more

You will literally pay double for everything they have. Definitely worth driving farther for better prices. $25 for a 12 pack truly.

Great store. Victor was very cool and personable. Close to Tuscany is a plus. We enjoyed the large selection of items at reasonable prices, lower than the strip cost. Would love to have Omission Gluten Free Beer available for our next visit! read more
