Week after week they blow street debris (leaves, sticks, etc) onto the porches of everyone in the condo community and I'm tired of walking out to PILES of mulch/debris on my doorstep. I've got weekly Ring footage of this happening and they know they're doing it. I can't count how many times they've parked in front of my garage to eat their lunch and twice I've asked them to move for appointments and they act like they don't understand me. They understood when I put on my reverse lights and started backing out. Disrespectful experience all around which really stinks and given the other review I guess I'm not the only one with this problem. Do better. read more

Looks like they removed my post from last year. They did not even to bother to mow this week. Last week, they only mowed the front of the complex. It's downright pathetic. Keep removing my posts, I will keep reposting. read more

This is probably the laziest and half ass landscaping company I have ever witnessed. They do horrible work and I've seen about 11 months of poor quality. They do not take pride in anything they do. I would never recommend this company! read more

They are a all right for landscaping. I dont have a choice right now. If you use them, make sure they dont park in your drive way with their truck and trailor. I was blocked in by them and as a result my car was damaged and never said sorry. they laughed it off. on my property. so watch out for them and watch your property. read more

On one occasion I watched the guy put a sign in our yard that it was treated and drove away with doing nothing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited for them to come back. It was weeks and they didn't. I cancelled my check to pay him because he didn't do the work. He was furious. Spoke to me horribly and said they were going to come back but as I said, it had been weeks and no sign of them. This pic is after several years of treatment. For the first few years it looked good but this summer this happened and they have taken no ownership or offered any type of solution for our yard looking like this despite paying them to treat it. He also told us our yard was a mess when we moved in years ago (it wasn't) and he didn't even want to service it. So I guess if you have some weeds, don't call this company. They only want yards that are already weed free. Would you want your yard to look like this after paying a company to keep it looking nice? Moving on to a new company as we should have a long time ago..

Caution Before Doing Business with G Ruh Concrete…read more I typically don't post negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience to help others avoid a similar situation. We hired G Ruh Concrete to install a patio at our home a little over a year ago. Not long after the job was completed, we noticed several quality issues -- ones they acknowledged and promised to fix. Unfortunately, despite repeated assurances, the follow-through never came. Over the past year, we've made every reasonable attempt to resolve the situation: calls, texts, emails -- all ignored. Most recently, we've discovered we've been blocked on social media, which feels like a final attempt to shut down any communication or accountability. We've given them ample time and opportunity to make it right, but at this point, we want others to be aware. If you're considering working with G Ruh Concrete, we strongly recommend proceeding with caution. Our experience has been one of frustration, broken promises, and zero professionalism when it came time to address their mistakes. Feel free to reach out if you'd like more details about our situation.
