First I could barely hear the guy on the phone and I had to turn my volume up, and then I had to put it on speaker because I could still barely hear him. "Then I said hello can you hear me?" he mumbled something which I assume was the business name. i said "Hi I'm looking to sell my computer and i see you guys might buy computers?" he replied very fast and low "Our buyers in on monday." I said "Oh, okay sorry im not sure what you mean." He replied again "Our buyer is in on monday." I said ookkk I don't understand whats going on what does that mean? and there was nothing but silence. I waited and then after about 20 seconds he just hung up the phone. Talk about major Red Flag. I see all these 5 star reviews and I couldn't imagine they are accurate after an experience like that.

I agreed to his price, and he knew what help we needed. Alex was a no-show. I was worried and called a few times. No reply back. I waited for a couple of hours in case there was a good reason and because I had waited several days to get this work done. I even called later in the afternoon to give him a chance to let me know what happened. Several calls into him without the courtesy of a return call. That all happened six days ago, so no excuses at this point. Meanwhile, I lost valuable time. And need to schedule someone legit to come out and help. Someone late who does not offer an apology does not return a call, does not bother to clean up his mess, and wastes your time (and money) is not worthy of your business or consideration. Meanwhile, there are a couple of legit computer experts with professional approaches to helping others and earning their fees. Alex P. from SpringGeek is not one of those people. Call Compu10 or Techno Guy Computer. Anyone but Alex and SpringsGeek. Or even buy a new computer, because it is gotta be better than waiting for Alex to no-show! I would love to be able to give this guy a positive review because he is super nice and worked with…read moreme on payment, however he has repeatedly refused to take me seriously. I have done the few things he has advised me to do and have come to him with the same issues over and over again. I have provided screen recordings, screenshots, and have offered to provide any additional evidence necessary to address the tech issues I am having. Each time I am brushed off, told to change a setting (which I have changed all of the settings he has advised, changed all my passwords, used Authenticator apps, etc.) with no improvement. I feel he means well but assumes the issues I am having are me just inflating issues or not that these issues could not possibly happen to an average everyday person, this refusing to actually look at the problem for what it is.
