I drive a 2021 Kia Forte and that $20 should have filled up my tank. Once finished, I paid the attendant and drove off. After a bit I noticed that something was off because I only had 3/4 of a tank of gas. I immediately drove back and told the attendant I didn't get $20 worth. He pretended not to understand English so another guy interpreted for him. He said because it's summer it takes longer for the gas to register. Yeah, ok! I've been driving for over 40 years and I know when I've been ripped off. I also know almost to the dollar how much it takes to fill my gas tank. Needless to say, I was angry and immediately drove to the police station and filed a complaint of theft. I contacted Lukoil who naturally denied all responsibility for what had happened. I also contacted NJ State Weights and Measures but I truly don't think the problem was with the pump. BE VERY VIGILANT AND PAY CLOSE ATTENTION IF YOU CHOOSE TO GET GAS AT THIS STATION.

The pump person (man) comes to my car and I tell him to fill it it. Instead he sets it to $40 and walks away. I tell him repeatedly that the tank is full and he keeps saying not on $40 yet. I tell him I said fill it not $40. In the interim the lady in the lane next to mine starts yelling that gas is pouring out of my tank. The guy goes and pulls it out and gas is running down the side of my car and pouring into a puddle beneath my car. The guy puts the nozzle in the gas stand takes my $$$ and walks away. Worst experience ever. The guy was arrogant and rude. I pulled away because my car was idling over a huge amount of gasoline. I was concerned about it because there was a lot of fuel on the ground and on the pump itself. This is not acceptable and I will be filing a complaint against them. Recently stopped here to gas up and saw they have installed new fuel pumps at each station and new…read moresignage. They were due to be upgraded. The new pumps has the touchless NFC reader, to make the transaction quicker and without touching the keypad. Also the printer works perfectly...no longer needed to go inside for your receipts. It would be great if they would return the attendant to the outside booth, in the event you need assistance...because those call buttons never work. Overall, I am pleased with the new pumps and you can pump your own gas!
