I slipped and fell on black ice, injuring my neck and shoulder. When I contacted Caldwell to verify if they accepted Medicare, I was able to schedule an appointment for the following week. My first impression was okay and the chiropractor seemed knowledgeable. After a brief "getting to know you" appointment, he proceeded to adjust my neck, shoulder and spine. When I returned home, I was in more pain than before I was adjusted. I immediately contacted my PCP who suggested that I try physical therapy. I did and it worked, I noticed immediate relief of my neck pain which improved with my on site and at home treatments. I guess my recent fall was more serious than I thought, however, chiropractic treatment can work for most, just not me at that time.
