One of the servers came late and left early. Company charges a tip of 25.00 per hour for each server. Outrageous pricing and company does not stand behind the motto "the customer is always right". Justin answered his phone late in the day on a Monday afternoon and within an hour had an entire staff lined up for the Friday event. He could have just as easily said they were booked or couldn't accommodate a reservation a couple days out when they normally have months notice but Justin didn't hesitate to pull every string in the book to make it happen. His coordinator Alisha was so sweet, responsive and helpful as well. The icing on the cake was the quality of the food and service, not the mention their burgers. Holy moly, so good!
