The burgers are great. Tasty meat and fresh toppings. The fries are also very good however you like them. Ketchup or vinegar. Iced tea and lots of Coke product choices. Very plesant and upbeat staff. The only negative is that the music is ridiculously too loud. Combine that with the cheap distorted speakers it is coming from and the result is a headache. I'm in my 40's so it's not I'm too old. I love the selection. Everything from Country to Beastie Boys. Just take it off 11 please. I love the food but can't wait to get out of there. read more

Avoid if you have a peanut allergy-they serve peanuts and cook in peanut oil. Great fries. They use hamburger buns to make grilled cheese sandwiches. read more

Let's agree that the term 'Best' does not belong in most food reviews. But be assured, FG is at least as good as any burger you have had. Reasonable, fast, no charge for toppings, great fries. fG has learned the two secrets of burger joints- use higher fat content fresh beef, and deep fry in tasty peanut oil. read more

Five Guys - Five Guys Cooking - Burgers Near Me - Wilmington, Delaware

When we want a reliably good burger and fries, Five Guys is the place to go. (They may be new to Delaware but I remember the original at Columbia Pike and Glebe Road in Arlington, Virginia.) True, it's not the thick, juicy medium-rare burger Baby and I would get in a sit-down place but it's still damn good. And the fresh cut and cooked fries are always great too. (Just avoid the Cajun fries - they're overspiced and salty). Don't expect a wide menu - it's just burgers, fries, hot dogs, and soft drinks, nothing else (except for the free peanuts in the shell to munch on while you wait). That's means no chicken, no fish, and no shakes to gum things up. read more

They literally fill the bad with fries and you can add almost any toppings you want to your burger. This place is amazing and delicious! There are like regular burgers and fries and then there is 5 GUYS! (They are on another level!) read more

Five Guys has the best burgers. The regular burger is a double. The singles are called little burgers. And the french fries. Two of us usually split a small because there are so many. And they are done in peanut oil as proper french fries should be. They also have vinegar for your fries. Bonus. We started coming here because the quality and service at the Charcoal Pit up the road was beginning to slip. The service at this Five Guys, while still good, isn't up to the service we've gotten at other Five Guys. But the food is still excellent. read more

Always been a fan of the burgers. A great better than fast food stop. Recently I tried the hot dogs and I was so surprised. The hot dogs at Five Guys ROCK. Sad to say - but they're actually better here than at Johnnie's Dog House down the street. Simply put a good place to grab a quick bite alone or with the family. read more

Been there a few years ago but still remember the fine taste of burgers and fries . Not the healthiest food choice ,but still taste was great! read more

This place would get 5 stars, but I ordered ahead a month ago and it still took over 40 min waiting for my food at store. Decided to give it another try, ordered ahead again and am one more time waiting over 30 minutes for food.... Not sure what is wrong with this place but I shouldn't have sit down at restaurants wait time for just two burgers. read more

I came here thinking old school kind of burger type of place. I ordered my burger, find out fries & soda sold separately . So I ordered the littlest options, find out difference was about $1. . I then said "well if that's the case just keep original order!" I walked away almost $13 l8tr, with a "wtf"? In my head. Little did I know, as I sat and took a bite, you suddenly saw my eyes widen up as I thought to myself; "GENIUS"! BEST burger I had in a while. NO REGRETS LOL read more

Five Guys - a sign in the window of a restaurant - Burgers Near Me - Wilmington, Delaware

This place went downhill ..... never going back.. burgers just are not what they use to be... it's just another McDs quality now. not very safe for Covid times either. read more

DO NOT USE ONLINE ORDER UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MEAL WRONG!!! I ordered a cheeseburger with lettuce and the put mayo and pickles on it... WTF. If they cared for their customers then they would of gotten their order wrong. Never getting food from here ever AGAIN. read more

Best burgers and handcut fries on Concord Pike, plus they give you a lot of extra fries in the bag. Keep the bag open if you order takeout so your fries won't get soggy. I usually go for two little bacon cheeseburgers as all the regular burgers are double patties and are just a bit too greasy for me. read more

Five Guys is quick, cheap, and delicious. No matter which one you go to, it's the same, which in their case is a good thing. The only thing I wish they had are milkshakes! I generally get the Little Cheeseburger and my husband gets a regular cheeseburger, which consists of 2 patties instead of 1. We spilt a regular fry, and that's more than enough food for us. I don't get too many toppings on my burger but it's nice to know most of the toppings (lettuce, tomato, A1, onion, grilled onions, etc) are free. Plus you can eat some delicious salted peanuts while you wait. read more

Lets just say that this place either needs.... (1) A bigger store, (2) More people, or (3) Turn off their delivery services or their online ordering, because they can not handle the work load. No sense of urgency, looks like complete mayhem behind the counter, people waiting over a half an hour to an hour for orders and I think there is just about as much food on the floor as there is on the grill. It was a mess behind the counter the other night until a young woman with a black hat and shirt came out of no where and started getting it done. She even said to her people that there was "no sense of urgency". That place needs her and 10 more like her. read more

It's weird that this location doesn't have milkshakes. Milkshakes are what make Five Guys great. Please add milkshakes to the menu.

Was in here this week (Wednesday night ) to grab a quick dinner to go for myself and my husband. Food was excellent and the staff was really friendly and the place was very clean. Great job ! read more

Overpriced and mismanaged. Manager is a jerk that argues with customers when they are dissatisfied. I will never go here again. 10 employees staring out the window while orders sit and wait. Dirty disgusting restaurant and restrooms as well. read more

Apparently the worker are plain incompetent cuz I've ordered from here twice and both times they messed up my order. They put extra mushrooms when there was no mushrooms to start with. I thought I'd give it another try but I guess they don't know how to read the order read more

Good food but it didn't live up to all the hype. I'd eat it in a pinch. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the menu.

The best ever cheeseburger I would go to five guys 3 to 4 times a week now I don't eat meat I still can go to five guys and get me a veggie sandwich and I love that thank you five guys for thinking of people that want to change their eating habits to a veggie base read more

Love this place! Everyone is always so friendly. Now it's even better since they got milkshakes!

No good customer service at all. I placed an order through their website and had it set for Delivery through their site and they use Doordash. I see the order says Delivered. I go searching for the order because no one can seem to tell me where my order is. It states to call 5 Guys but they tell me that this issue is Door Dash even though the order was done through 5 Guys website. Kevin from Door Dash had to call 5 Guys to tell them that the refund was their responsibility and that I had to call 5 Guys back. I called back on conference and Ronald (the manager) told me that I had to come in the restaurant for a refund back to the card. What a bunch of BULL$H*T! I received the runaround, he still doesn't know how to refund me and told me when he has time, he will call Corporate when he has time. I am SO very upset with this and I refuse to EVER go to this location or order from them. So ghetto and unprofessional. read more

Love these burgers! (fries, too!) The folks that work here are great! Go check it out, you won't be disappointed!

Soggy fries and over cooked burgers is not what you expect from five guys. Really disappointed.

I just visited the concord pike five guys and the atmosphere in that building is through the roof. Very friendly, genuine caring staff. The kept the line moving, I watched as they took care of every customer need without hesitation. They were working as a well oiled machine, everyone seemed on their game. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with onions and mayo, little fries and a soda. As always, this burger is phenomenal! Only reason I gave it a 4 star was because the fries are too greasy, had to throw most of them away. Anyone that loves five guys knows you get a million fries, I'm sure they'll be better next time. read more

The crew here is amazing. Definitely the best 5 guys I have been to. They are energetic and work great as a team. I had a lot of fun watching them and it just made my meal that much more enjoyable! read more

Overpriced compared to similar joints. Mediocre service. The tables were not promptly cleaned and the floor was dirty.

The crew here is killin it! I felt seen and heard as a human being instead of just another customer. Thank you all for being authentic! "One love" read more

Some of the best burgers I have had and the only problem I have with them is they have me addicted. Oh no chocolate shakes, like I need them. read more

Place makes a delicious burger for the price and huge fries at any price. First time to any 5 guys and I'll say the one here is super clean, friendly service and pleasant atmosphere. Best part is I can see in the kitchen. Staff are clean as well as the grill and prep area. read more

Eat lunch here on occasion. Food and service are great. My only complaint is the music - ugh! A bit loud but that wouldn't be so bad if if the music wasn't hard rock. Is the music for the customers or staff? Most of the customers were middle age on a work break. As soon as I walked in I remembered why I hadn't been there for so long. I'll really have to be craving a burger bad before I go back again. read more

Great place! When I need a burger or need a quick bite this is the spot. I usually call ahead when I'm 10 minutes out and it's always ready. The best!! read more

Just ok. Fries are good. Not a fan of flat fried burgers. Rather have one thick burgers than multiple flat ones
