What more can I say but Excellent! Best Burgers in Salem, and if you like fries, you better bring a big appetite. You'll have to eat down a few inches to get your burger out of the bag! read more

5 guys is the best burger joint period. From coast to coast best burgers!!! I would recommend the cajun fries, they aren't really spicy they are just seasoned. I know I was scared to try them because I can't handle some spicy foods. But they were excellent. Service was great at this location as well as every 5 guys location ive been too. read more

I am a huge fan of In and Out burger, which we of course cant get in Oregon. So 5G is similar, only you have more options. For them.. more options is awesome! The burgers and fries are awesome. I think they are fairly priced, tho fast food. Eating at 5G makes me feel less guilty about eating fast food. As the quality is far superior. read more

I love Five Guys burgers! Don't go in expecting to find some exotic burger, you will just end up disappointed. Forget the blue cheese and havarti cheeseburgers, forget the buttermilk ranch guacamole, garlic hamburger. Five Guys does burgers and fries with your choice of fairly basic toppings which you get to choose yours custom during the ordering. That being said, they have one of the best fast food burgers ever and my own special combination is "The Works" with BBQ Sauce, Hot Sauce and Jalapenos. Yum! read more

Another location just opened on South Commercial in Salem Or. Great food. Simple menu based on just good burgers and Dogs. Fresh cut fries and free peanuts to munch while you wait for your order. - Best in town read more

First time I tried Five Guys was because of a bet. My uncle was betting me that In and Out was better than Five Guys. I had never tried either and after I tried Five Guys I was hooked. I recently went to a Five Guys in Salem and I noticed some key areas of note. MENU: Five Guys' selection is simple and to the point. They have 2 sizes of burgers and the customer can decide how many hamburger patties they want whether they want cheese and the different toppings. To top of it are there amazing fries, hot dogs, and etc. SANITATION: Five Guys' is super clean and sanitary. The floors are regularly swept and the tables and seats wiped down. The powder room is amazingly clean, sanitary, and spacious. COST: The cost is very moderate and average for a good amount of luscious food. Five Guys is a good chain of restaurants to go to if you are on a budget. You pay for a well made meal cooked right when you order it with fresh ingredients. SERVICE: Every time I go to Five Guys the service is fast and reliable. I always get everything I ordered with no complications. The staff is always nice and wanting to please their customers. LOCALITY: Five Guy's is located in a convenient location with an easy in and out. I never have a problem finding a parking spot due to a spacious parking lot. Five Guys Burgers and Fries have always given me good serves and are found in a convenient location. After every visit I leave satisfied. read more

Pricier than most burger joints, but worth it in my opinion. You get a lot of burger for your money, and a LOT of fries. The service is always quick and friendly; I've never waited more than maybe 10 minutes, even when it's super busy. read more

Cheap and great place to grab a bite! After a rehearsal with my choir ensemble, we stopped by here for lunch. You get the liberty of getting free peanuts from the stacks and enjoying fresh burgers. Gotta love the modern in-style soda machines. Prices were decent and service was prompt. read more

The manager is really friendly. This is the cleanest five guys I have ever been in. Food was excellent. Plenty of places to park your motorcycle. Lots of windows. You can watch your bike no problem. I will come again just because of the friendly manager. Friendly and good service. read more

Not a big fan of the style of fries. They are like steakhouse fries with the skin left on them. But the burgers are good. A little greasy but satisfying. read more

Really overrated. The prices for me and my pops to grab a burger and fries was over $20 for what is considered fast food. The burger had no flavor and a disgusting fall apart soft like uncooked texture. The fries, who cares about the amount when most aren't ediable. You can't cram that much food into a fryer at a time. IT DOESN'T COOK PROPERLY. I rather have a smaller amount of actual EDIABLE food then get a bunch of undercooked throw away. read more

I love this place and wish there was one closer to me. I drive 30 miles each way from Albany just to get their fries. The staff is always friendly and attentive. Food is always cooked to order including fries which is awesome. Gf will get mad if I go without her. She likes being able to get a burger with what she wants on it. The small burger is single patty where a regular is double patty. It would be hard to see getting a large fry as a regular is quite a lot. They fill the cup with fries then the bag, I just eat the fries and we share the regular and that is plenty. The fries can get a bit soggy but that is why you start with them, they are cooked long enough and that is just the nature of fresh cut fries that are actual potatoes and not a bunch of ingredients. Depending on the fryer sometimes the fries come out a bit crisper, which I prefer, but I have never had ones that weren't cooked enough and I am not too shy to get a refund if the fries aren't done enough. read more

Kinda expensive but very good burgers. Burgers don't include drink or fries but if you order fries they are very generous. They fill up the fry cup put it in the bag and then dump another scoop of fries in on top. read more

That's one damn good burger. Fries are awesome. Almost too many because you can't stop. I'm serious just try. You keep going back for just two more until you're so disgusted with yourself you eat them all. Burgs are cooked Fresh! every time. They literally throw them on as you order. Lots of toppings but real flavor with each bite. If you love burgers you've probably eaten here but if not you owe it to yourself. One con: you'll drop $10 for a double cheese plus fry but it is worth it. read more

IT SUCKS!!!!!!! SCREWED UP ORDER AND LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE.DID NOT EVEN FINISH MY BURGER OR FRIES.Wendys have much better burgers. If you really want the best go to Big Foot on south commercial BEST BURGERS IN TOWN,try the Hangover burger. read more

Best fast food burgers in town aside from the Burger Basket. The only real problem I have with them is their fries. They are always a little on the burnt side. A lot of people seem to enjoy them or praise them as being better than In-N-Out, but in my opinion the fries should match the burger flavor for a combo flavor one can get into. In-N-Out does this perfectly, unfortunately Five Guys falls flat in that department. read more

Best burgers in town. Fresh, not frozen beef. Very flavorful. Service is always fast, friendly and inviting. Love their fresh cut fries too. The other restaurant that has come to town to copy their business (Nancy's) doesn't come close to delivering any where near the flavorful burgers that Five Guys puts out. read more

Burgers are grocery store beef and buns, nothing you couldn't make at home for a lot less. Over $20 for 2 simple meals and its nothing I haven't made at home. The fries were alright, nothing to rave about. I drive 30 mins to fuddruckers and pay the same price for burgers and fries that'll blow your mind. I don't prefer 5 guys in my burgers and fries! read more

I was in today for fries because I really like them but the service is awful. The person taking my order practically ignored me and when I asked for a cup for water didn't give me one. A man walked up right then and asked for two cups for water and he handed him some !! I asked again and he finally gave me one. After waiting quite awhile I noticed they were calling numbers before and after mine. I went up to ask what happened to number 15 and they said I picked it up already. I still had my number in my hand and said, "No, I was sitting right there waiting". They said someone else must have taken it ! So I had to wait again while they made more fries. I asked to talk to the manager and they pointed to a young girl and she didn't even stop what she was doing. I told her it would be a good idea to check the person's number when they walk up so no one takes the wrong order or steals. She just said "Yeah". No service recovery. I will NEVER go back. I'll go to Nancy's Burgers and Fries. They taste just as good but they have GREAT service ! read more

Super Yummy! I am Gluten Free, and I was able to enjoy a wonderful meal, all the veggies/toppings are fresh and the fries are the only thing fried in their oil. I did have to use a knife and fork to eat the burger (other places do a complete lettuce wrap), but that did not hinder my ability to enjoy the food at all :) HUGE portion of fries! I tried both the cajun and regular, cajun came out a little soggy but the regular ones were very tasty and had a nice crisp feeling when bit. I am a huge In N Out groupie, but I've suffering without them for 2 years in Oregon, this place is very good and in some ways I liked it more than my precious In N Out. read more

Winner Winner, chicken dinner! I was skeptical at first, I wont lie I am a HUGE In and Out burger, fan! I thought there is simply no way anything could touch In and Out. I was mistaken! Basic menu, with options. I love the simplicity of it, and the food is absolutely the best burger in town! Especially for the price. read more

I was told that Five Guys could handle my gluten free issues, they were awesome. I watched to make sure I would be safe for my food allergies. They were very careful and took such care in making sure they didn't cross contaminate. I love that place, the food is great and the service is outstanding. I tell everyone about them. read more
