First of all... can people please go back to work? 3 crew members running the whole place! Doing a great job under very difficult conditions. Ok, fries are HOT and fresh, skin on, with the perfect amount of salt... only problem is the small portion. NOT! Wow.. they really pack them in. They even tell you where the day's potatoes come from... S&A farms in Parker, ID.. who knew. Anyway, I also ordered a BLT.. interesting.. it was a burger bun, with... yes, lettuce, tomatoes and a ton of crispy bacon! Not exactly what I expected, but hell, it worked and really hit the spot. I have eaten at Five Guys for the last time. I still like the burgers. However, when I ate at FG for the first time, the bacon cheeseburger was something like $7.89. That was a lot for a burger. After a while, it was almost $10. Now, tonight, I went in to find they raised their prices again and a bacon cheeseburger is almost $12. And that doesn't include a drink or fries. Five Guys, you make a good burger. Is it a $12 burger? Hell, no. It's a good burger. If it was $8 again, I'd be there weekly. However, for $10, I get a burger just as good (if not better) at Culver's, and that includes fries and a drink. Thanks for the memories, Five Guys. It's been about two years since I last purchased anything here, and that two years ago was a really good experience but what I had tonight totally turned me off from ever coming back to this place again. First I wanna say that the staff working here was amazing, friendly, working their butts off on a very busy Friday night to get the orders out as quickly as possible, so my review has nothing to do with the people working there. Tonight I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers, a regular sized fry, and two regular size sodas and my total came out to about $40. The burgers themselves at 12.50 apiece are totally not worth it, I think the price has doubled in the last two years. I don't remember what I paid the last time I was here but I definitely know it was nowhere near $12. The burger was fine nothing special about it. I've had better burgers for way less. I remember back in the day when you would order a regular size fry it come in a good size cup and there will be a ton of fries in the bag, and that's not what I got tonight. The cup seemed way smaller, and the fries that they dump in was not a whole lot. Half the fries I got were burnt to a crisp while the other half of the fries were barely cooked, many still raw and limp. Somewhere over seasoned while many had no season at all. I'm really not sure how you could have such vast extremes from one side to the other in a single order of fries. The only reason why this place is going to get the star rating that it gets is because of the workers and it is totally not because of the food. If you're looking to buy an over priced burger and over priced fries and this is the place for you otherwise, there are other restaurants in the area that have way better burgers for much less. read more

Got there 15 minutes after they opened, started out fine until my boyfriends burger was soggy and falling apart in his hands after 2 bites. The soda machine was out of almost all flavors. Great customer service from start to finish. I loved that I could opt for lettuce wrap around my Little Bacon Cheeseburger with the works, hubs got his with the bun. This is the only time I'll leave it to their cooking; as I'm a med-rare gal. My burger was deliciously made, lettuce was crisp, and once again the food party on my pallet starts! I love a lot give guys, is one of the best burgers of the country also I love more five guys more then chick fill A because they use real burgers but the why I put one star in this restaurant is because the milk shake, yesterday I buy a milk shake who have Oreo coffee and Oreo cookies, we'll was the wors milkshake I ever taste. The coffee taste super bad, taste like expire and they give you mini parts of hole coffee. Is not like Starbucks they add a coffee liquid, no in this five guys they put hole coffee pices, also the shakes was very poor, without cream. I prefer more a Starbucks who they do more better stuff and I can have a bigger one with the same price. read more

Not a good experience at all. Both of our burgers were not as we ordered and extremely tasteless on a falling apart bun. There was a problem with the soda dispenser and the floor was wet and unsafe for the entire time we were there. I don't want to hate on Five Guys, I really don't. Maybe I'm jaded. (See my other review from the State Street location and their sub-par customer service.) I was SO excited when this east side Five Guys opened up. It's not far from my work or my home, so I thought, "great! Another lunch-time option in the 'hood!" First order, placed online, for a specific pick-up time, was received but never made. So that is not a good start. Staff was not overly apologetic about this mistake, and the added 15 min wait either. I understand they are a new store, but come on. The burger was greasy, that's expected of Five Guys. The fries were mushy. Just overall very.. meh. With Culvers also right down the street, FG really needs to step up their game. read more

Great burger and fries! The service was absolutely great! The best part was the shake! I had a chocolate shake with peanut butter added in, and it was honestly the best shake I have ever had! I like this place a little better than MOOYAH, because the shake was just so good! Don't get me wrong, MOOYAH is great and has good food too, but this place just exceeded all expectations. It was the second Five Guys I have ever visited, and certainly raised the bar even higher than it already was based on the first one I went to! I love this place. Honestly, you are paying for the quality of food. Although, expensive... it's well worth it. Their milkshakes are sooooo good! Especially when you're pregnant and craving for fries, burgers, and a milkshake! This place always hits the spot! The food is always fresh and the peanuts are a nice touch when you're waiting for your grub! Bathrooms are always stocked and clean. Worst experience. I love Five guys and I come to this location because it's closest. I made and order online and when I arrived I parked in the slots where you can do "curbside" and I say in quotation marks because when I called, a lady answered and said "Actually we encourage people to come in. Our dining room is open and there's a spot where you can choose curbside" like do you really have to argue with me? So I come out and I walk in. There's 8 of them. Second time here and will be last. Was mid evening 815 or so and though I would try again after a poor visit the first time. Only 2 people behind the counter, a 3rd sitting in the dining area sucking on a coke. Two people were waiting for orders and we had to wait a couple minutes to even order our food. One employee was going as fast as she could to make everything, the other appeared to be working in slow motion. The third disappeared from the dining room, never to be seen again. Order taken, 3 more groups walk in behind us after we sit and wait for a few minutes. Better part of 10 minutes later, we get our food the same time as the groups behind us. Now 15 min after we arrive our burgers are lukewarm and the fries had a marginally crispy outer with a mushy center. I've tried this location twice since it's opened. The first time I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and there was no bacon. They were busy so I just ate it and moved on. The second time, I waited for about 15 minutes for my order, the placed had a strong grease smell and the fries were soggy and luke warm.
