This place closes at 9:30 not 10pm. I walked in at 9:30, and the whole crew was standing around doing nothing. One guy said, "yeah we're closed" and waved for me to leave. This isn't the first time this has happened. If you want food, come at least an hour before they close. ATTN CORPORATE: Please update your hours to reflect true hours of operation. This place is great. the food is really good and the staff has been friendly. Clean inside. Love the peanut stations to grab some for snacking. Burgers were delicious. Cajun fries are extra seasoned. havent had a milkshake yet.

For a place that appears kind of beat down and ratchet, the burgers are Q U A L I T Y. The meat is well cooked, their unlimited toppings options of grilled onions, mushrooms and jalapeños are a must, and their fries are thic and delicious . I love how you bc an get Cajun spice on the side and peanuts are always fun to munch on as we wait. Service was great they were friendly and willing to answer my questions!

The soggy bun it came with vs the new one I had to ask for.

Five Guys is about 5 ft deep. Talk about a steady decline, come to this place and find out what it means ... absolute disaster. I'd have a hard time letting my dog eat in here. Every table a nasty mess and floors filthy. Inattentive, lazy staff. Paid over $20 for fries, a soggy cheeseburger and drink. Had to ask for a new bun, it was so soggy. Honestly wanted my money back. Could have done better at a Jack-in-the-Crack. You do get free FLIES (not fries) here and you don't even have to ask. I wish to extend five GOODBYE's to the Five Guys ... you won't be seeing me again.

This is what $5+ order of fries now gets you at Five Guys. The fries used to be spilling out of the cup and all over the bottom of your bag. I'm afraid to open the burger. Maybe it's smaller than a quarter! Unacceptable and hard times!

Again, we ordered to take out and these guys cannot make a hamburger as we ordered. Mine was with jalapeños and mustard that I never ordered. We just realized all the wrong until we are on the house.... come on guys, is just a hamburger!!! How hard it can be??!!!

Bacon cheeseburger, my way, and plenty of fries!

My partner in food wanted to try the King Kong against my better judgment. Looking at the photos, it didn't appear conceivable - to make matters worse, he wanted it to go! It came deconstructed. Four HUMONGOUS beef patties and probably a whole pound of bacon and beautifully melted cheddar. The bun was questionable, mostly because it was nowhere near enough bread for all that meat, but I get it, in a challenge situation, I wouldn't want to load up on bread. The patties were well seasoned and firm. I would have preferred medium, but since I was sharing, well done was fine. Not over done and still juicy. It also came with a container full of steak fries! I admittedly put a hurting in the fries, dipping them in the house ranch mixed with the jalapeño ranch. I wanted the fries to be crispier and the ranch to be thicker, but they were delicious nonetheless!! So how much of it did we finish?? I finished one patty with out bread!! My partner finished one and a half patties with sandwich bread. The bun got designated to my leftover patty. Tomorrow's lunch will be a single patty burger with half a pound of bacon!

The vibe is fun, the menu is straightforward, and the promise of "burger heaven" is not exaggerated. I ordered the OG Burger (classic with lettuce, tomato, raw onion, and cheese; swapped mayo for mustard & ketchup) and paired it with Spicy Ranch Fries. Both were hot, fresh, and delicious & definitely hit the spot. They also have a fun lemonade bar, so I tried their Twin Lemonade (mango/peach). It had potential...refreshing flavors but was a little over-sweet and lukewarm. I suspect it was sitting at the counter while they scrambled to bring more buns..but I think with more ice it would be a solid refresher. Now, the hiccup: my wait jumped from 15 minutes to an hour because they ran out of hamburger buns and had to temporarily stop taking orders. On a Tuesday at 3 PM! High demand is a great problem to have, but inventory planning is key, especially right after a grand opening. Despite that, the staff remained friendly, and my food made the wait worth it. I hate that my first experience wasn't flawless based on all the hype, but I'm definitely willing to give Burgerlicious another shot. Pros: Cute concept, tasty burgers & fries, friendly staff, fun lemonade options Cons: Inventory hiccup (ran out of buns), lemonade a touch too sweet & lukewarm Overall, Burgerlicious has potential. With a little fine-tuning, it could easily be a Lancaster favorite!

I don't throw around the word "exquisite" when it comes to burgers... but this place earns it. From the second you walk in, you can tell Kenny's isn't just another burger spot trying to ride the gourmet wave. The atmosphere hits that perfect sweet spot between laid-back and polished. It's warm, inviting, and has that classic American burger joint vibe -- but elevated. Clean, comfortable, and buzzing with energy without being chaotic. It feels like the kind of place where you can show up in jeans after work or bring friends in from out of town and know they're going to be impressed. And the people? Absolutely top tier. The staff isn't just "friendly" in that scripted, restaurant-training kind of way. They're genuinely welcoming. You feel like they're happy you're there. The service is attentive without hovering, helpful without being pushy, and fast without making you feel rushed. You can tell they take pride in what they're serving. That alone already puts Kenny's ahead of most places. Now let's talk about the real star of the show -- the food. The burgers are on another level. Perfectly seasoned, juicy, flavorful, and cooked exactly the way you ask. That first bite? It's the kind that makes you pause for a second. The beef tastes fresh and high quality, not overworked or drowned in gimmicks. The bun is soft but sturdy enough to hold everything together (which is more important than people realize). Every topping tastes intentional. Nothing feels random. Nothing feels excessive. It's balanced, bold, and downright satisfying. And the fries? Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside -- exactly how fries are supposed to be. They don't feel like an afterthought. They're worthy companions to the burger, not just filler on the plate. What really stands out is that Kenny's Burger Joint manages to feel indulgent and comforting while still being refined. It's not sloppy or greasy in that regrettable way. It's rich, satisfying, and high quality. You leave full -- but happy full. This isn't just a place you go because you're hungry. It's a place you go because you're craving something great. Something done right. Something that reminds you how incredible a burger can actually be when people care about what they're serving. Frisco has a lot of dining options, but Kenny's Burger Joint is the kind of place that sticks in your mind. The kind you talk about later. The kind you plan to go back to before you've even left the parking lot. If you love burgers -- real, expertly crafted, ridiculously satisfying burgers -- this place is an absolute must. While the burgers and meals were delicious as expected, the service we received from our server, Drea, was unacceptable. From the start, she was cold, short, and never offered a smile. It was impossible not to notice the stark contrast in her behavior; she treated every other table with warmth and a welcoming attitude, yet was visibly annoyed to serve us. Being the only minority table in the restaurant at the time, the disparity in treatment was glaring and deeply unsettling. We felt rushed throughout the entire meal. Our food arrived at 12:10, and by 12:32, she had already dropped the check and was asking if we needed boxes. It felt like she couldn't wait to get us out of there. It's a shame that such high-quality food is being paired with such exclusionary service. If you aren't willing to treat every guest with basic respect and hospitality, you shouldn't be in the service industry. Won't be back
