I thought that's not good but since I went through the drive through I didn't see it until I was back at work. Then on Friday I ordered a medium hot chocolate and that drink was over 2 inches down. Over $3 for about half a cup. I asked today if this is normal or what was going on. The manager said the drink foams when it comes out of the machine. When the foam goes down they can put more in. She never offered to give me a discount or another cup free of charge. She told me when there staff gives me a half empty cup I need to take off the lid (of the HOT liquid) show the employee and ask them to fill it up. Good luck
