This used to be my favorite place to grab a burger and fries! It was quick and absolutely DELICIOUS! Still is... But I can't take my family there to eat but maybe once or twice a YEAR! It has become one of the most expensive places to eat! WHY should a family of four pay close to $100 for A burger, fries and a drink??!! Like I said ; the food is Great, the workers are fast and friendly- but it's still fast-food!! And it's like eating in a school cafeteria; you're NOT Paying for the ambience... Still as fabulous as always! I feel like Im eating steak on a bun here. Staff is friendly, all food is cooked to order, and free peanuts while you wait! Absolutely love the excess overfilling of fresh cut french fries! Probably way more than you can eat in one sitting but they reheat good in the air-frier (don't overcook them or they will get too hard). This location always seems clean and plenty of seating. I like that you have a choice between tall or regular tables. read more

Ordered take out from here via online ordering. However, I learned something new tonight, they do not finish your order until you are actually in store. Which means your burger will be close to done when you arrive but it will be assembled when you arrive and they fill the fry order last. So depending on how much of a hurry you are in or how fresh you like your burger or fries can be a blessing or a curse. My food today was fresh and good, no complaints. read more

I moved here from the DC area which is home to 5 Guys. Many lunches were spent at their original location with my friends and co-workers. It was easily my favorite burger destination, so I was very excited when they opened their first location here in NoFla. Made a few trips to that 5 Guys, but not as many as I would have expected. When this 5 Guys opened near my neighborhood, I was equally excited - but my excitement never met my expectations. The service at this particular location (and the other Jax location) is never better than OK and often times lackluster. During Covid - I've used their Order Ahead service thinking that it would be a faster/easier way - but it is neither. They've made upgrades to the ordering process and it has improved. But the service once you reach the restaurant is not so great. When you pull up to the restaurant, they ask you to call them. This is to keep the fries the freshest, they don't start cooking them until you get there. I applaud this, but I've tried this on several occasions, only to wait 30 or more minutes for my order - on two occasions, they told me they forgot about my order :( I'll keep trying - hoping they can get it right (or at least better) read more

Clean your store, and do something about those nasty bathrooms! Not one table was clean, nor were they cleaned while we were waiting. The floor was sticky and dirty Both soda machines ran out of ice, and the bathrooms. Wow. The men's room was out of order, so I accompanied my kids into the ladies room. It smells like a sewer break is imminent. Even with a mask on, the smell was overwhelming. So gross. It was only after we had received our food and we're walking out that I saw someone come out with a broom. Meanwhile, there were two cashiers dancing in the kitchen. Although I'm not a chain restaurant fanatic, I can't help but love me a burger from 5 Guys from time to time. I particularly frequent this location because it's only a couple minutes away from home, and doesn't get overbearingly crowded. The food is always made fresh to order in their open kitchen area so you can stand there and drool as your creation comes to life. There are 15 assorted toppings to choose from to suit your tastes or you can go for the gusto and order a burger with everything...either way the toppings are free of charge. My Creation: Bacon Burger with ketchup, mayo, lettuce, and grilled onions I love that first bite...when you get that crunch from the bacon and the juicyness from the burger...and FYI...the "Little" sized burgers aren't actually small, they're quite sizeable, but I'm a freakin' pig, so I always get the regular version, which is huge. Fries: I always get the smallest size, with good reason. They give you a LOTTTTTTT of fries. Like fries for days kind of fries. They're hot, fresh, and tasty, and you can either get them regular flavored or cajun flavored. I'm completely UPSET. I'm on my 30 minute lunch break, ordered curbside pick up. I called the store 30 times for someone to come outside to bring me my food. No one answered. I couldn't walk inside the store because I have a hole in my shorts, Hence the reason for me ordering curbside for a reason. I finally got through 18 mins later and all the GM Chance said was "I'll refund you sorry"... I appreciate the refund but the sympathy could of been way better:" being that I sat outside your store 18 mins, with no answer. The phone was ringing not sure why the staff were ignoring calls. I won't be going here for a while. UPDATE: Today is 08/24/20 & I still haven't received a refund for my order that was never fulfilled. Five guys isn't cheap. read more

Well if your looking for a good burger quick this is my favorite fast food spot. All their ingredients are fresh and the flavor profile definitely shows it. The adult versions of their burgers come with two patties and the kids version is one patty. They cook all their burgers well done but the they are always juicy. I always get a bacon cheeseburger and I prefer some A-1 on it. My son loves Mc Donald's happy meals and swears they make the best burgers. I tookk him here after church and his mind was instantly changed. He not only devoured his burger but ask for more. The fries are always fresh as well and they use peanut oil. So if you have a peanut allergy here is your warning. The offer fries regular and Cajun style. Cajun style is a blackened style and has a little spice to it. Mines and the Mrs' meal was $25 give or take for two burgers, a medium fry and two drinks. I forgot how expensive five guys was. I have never been impressed with their burgers and compared to other fast food joints, although some people don't consider Five Guys a fast food joint I've had better. Their sweet tea was definitely not sweet so I opted for a drink with the Coke freestyle machine. The burger kept falling apart since the bread was so soggy from the grease and fries were meh. I came into this restaurant at 3:38 in the afternoon for a late lunch. There were customers at two tables. Three employees working behind the counter. Most of the tables could have used a wipe off. I loved the Rock and Rock playing but it was rather loud for any kind of conversation. My bill for a cheeseburger, small fry, and small drink was $14.09. I get my cheeseburger, ordered "all the way". It was awesome. It was juicy and delicious. Almost more than I could eat. The fries are fresh cut and yummy. Better than anything from a bag. Within 30 minutes reinforcements had arrived and the tables had been cleaned and the young man actually asked me if I needed anything to let him know. All redeemed. My first and last time at this resturant. Floors where dirty. Tables not very well cleaned. As for the food I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with a few toppings, it was not very good at all. If anything I would say sub par. The sandwich was falling apart and not well put together. For the prices they charge for a burger I was very disapointed. There are better burgers for the ssme prices elsewhere. As for the staff, they were friendly but to much playing around behind the counter. Not real professional looking when you are trying to let golks watch you cook. Putting everything in a bag and serving it like a sack lunch is much to be desired.
